This is really lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities and great food. Although promoted as a family hotel, we found it to be a really lovely hotel for couples. The new bar is a really good place to relax before and after dinner. The fact that you can hire any equipment and get your ski pass without technically leaving the...

We stayed at this hotel twice. The rooms are very nice and big enough, bathroom of the single room could've been a bit bigger but everything you need is there (toilet, shower, sink). The food is great. A large breakfast buffet with different types of bread, cheese, meat, yoghurt, cereal, etc. Also freshly baked egg and meat (sausages/ham/bacon). There's plastic...

Location is on edge of slope with ski hire and ski school under the hotel. Runs back to hotel are black so suitable for good skiers. Otherwise getting down is by gondola/cablecar. We were lucky to have snow which was man-made but equally good to ski on. Had snow on Christmas Day which was a bonus. A variety of places...

Perfect position, ski hire shop under the hotel, ski school meets literally 20m from hotel. 2 gondolas and 1 T bar with 10s ski down from hotel. Modern. Swimming pool. Room 118 opposite elevator, avoid. Wifi very fast in central part of hotel. Free bus every 15mins to centre of town.

We have just returned from here after spending a week all inclusive. The room was a good size and very nice, comfortable beds, and cleaned every day and fresh towels each day. Only complaint is the toilet door, it was a glass sliding door that did not fit properly so there was no real privacy. The meals were very good...

Positives were the convenient ski hire, useful ski locker, proximity of the lift and the kids really loved the ski tuition. The hotel was clean and the room was light & spacious enough for a family of 4, although there was no bath and the shower did not work very well at peak times. While it was an enjoyable holiday,...

Dear Mr. H, thank you very much for your review! In case our guests arrive later than midnight we prepare sandwiches as a snack to their room. The reps/tour guides of your tour operator should have informed you about this. Every family gets their specific table for the whole stay. When the hotel is fully booked we are unfortunately not...

One of the best skiing hotels we have ever stayed in. The food was good, service good but not in your face. We travelled as a family and shipped our snowboards via a luggage forwarding service and they were waiting for us in our ski locker when we arrived, great service. The ski school is right next to the hotel,...

Booked through Crystal who messed up, the hotel staff did everything possible to sort it out for us and were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The food and accommodation really was first class and I cannot recommend highly enough. The skiing was literally from the door and nearby facilities for ski hire and so on made life very easy....

We visited this hotel in February with friends for a skiing holiday booked through Crystal. We had read the reviews here andhad seen the usual mix of good and bad. There seemed to be a view that the hotel was ok but the food let it down. I have to say we were bowled over by this hotel. The rooms...
