We had a veritable whale of a time at the Schwarzer Adler during our skiing trip in January. The hotel has a cosy family feel and the staff are all very warm, friendly and helpful. The food is excellent - every morning, there's a full breakfast buffet which means that you can stuff your face and forget about lunch if...

We had a wonderful stay in room no. 106 earlier this month. This room was a little dated but nevertheless comfortable for a night or two. Would expect more comfort if staying for a week. The bathroom shower was a nightmare as the screen above the bath was terribly difficult to manoeuvre and water flooded onto the floor. This needs...

A family run hotel since 1520 where the current family has been in charge for 6 generations. Nice to be greeted by a sign in the elevator that the owners, a couple invite all guests for a drink in the bar @ 18:30. Nothing special, a glass of Proseco and the owners do mingle with there guests to make sure...

Stayed there for two nights. Very friendly staff, super nice pool and sauna, very good breakfast and delicious dinner!!! We had the dinner menu there twice and it didn't disappoint. Everything was on point and gourmet. The sky pool has stunning view over the alps, even though it is not on top of the whole building!

We liked the restaurant with its excellent food. The Spa with indoor and outdoor pool was superb. Would I choose the Hotel again? Yes!

Centrally located, immaculate hotel. Rooms are nice, Austrian in feel, not overly luxurious but very pleasant. Wondeful spa facilities and indoor and outdoor pools. Many hotels claim to have a "spa" but don't have extensive facilities/staff and no one seems to Be there. That's definitely NOT the case here. Great service and also a very good restaurant. Somewhat removed from...

Our suite was immaculate with a street facing balcony but occasionally we could hear the revellers from The Murmel Nightclub and BAR 37. The food was fantastic with great gluten free and vegetarian options. The breakfast buffet had a wide range including a juice presser with pre-pared vegetables and fruit and a honeycomb. The spa facilities were amazing and the...
