Great Location, Great Breakfast and lovely Rooms. Have stayed here before and would again. My only negative comments would be that the website says €12 euros to park under the hotel but when you arrive its €15! And the reception staff could be a little more professional when asked enquiries.

Really lovely hotel in the middle of the old town of St Johann. Comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful reception staff. We enjoyed a 2 day stay after walking in the Wilder Kaiser Mountains

Stayed here for a week. First visit to Austria. We chose a room with a balcony and was well worth the extra cost. Breakfasts were great. Plenty of cold choice. I love my fruit and there was lots to choose . Staff were great on reception in the restaurant and also the Postbar next door. Its a shame this doesnt open til 5pm as it would have been lovely to have a drink on the terrace ( only saw this being used once). The one down side was housekeeping. One day my bed was made up but not my hubbys. No English tea other than on first day as not replenished throughout stay. ( I have still given 5 stars as did not impact on holiday)Had a couple of nights entertainment in the square and outside hotel which was fantastic . I would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Wirtshaus Post. Staff is extremely friendly, breakfast is great, they even took care of our dog with welome gift. The location is great in the middle of the village, where was happening a lot. I highly recommend visiting the hotel, they will take a great care of you :)

The Hotel is centrally located, is very comfortable and staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is top notch and everything is organised to the smallest detail. The breakfast is abundant and the restaurant is superb. The room was very comfortable but could have done with an AC/fan, as at times it was very hot at night *****Highly Recommended*****

We decided to stay in St. Johan between two long days of driving and would NEVER have stayed at the hotel, had we known that a rowdy wedding party was going on! Now instead of waking up well rested, we will have a night with very little sleep. Had we been duly informed of it, we would never have chosen this hotel.

We spent a wonderful Eastern, like the last year. We visit this hotel always when we travel for business to Sankt Johann in Tirol. Hotel service holds its level in the last years. Hotel staff is very friendly.

You could not wish for more from a hotel. It is very modern, clean, tastefully decorated and has many facilities. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. It is located in the centre of Sankt Johann so the towns shops, bars and restaurants are on its door step. We will definitely visit again.
