We travelled as a family with 2 children, aged 11 and 6 years. Having been skiing / snowboarding for many years, this is the first time that i have been compelled to leave a review. If you are thinking of skiing in the Ski-Welt area, and are looking for a family destination, you won't do much better than the Alpin....

Not our first time here and did not let us down in any way. Everything was excellent from the fantastic reception staff, to the accomodation, the atmosphere and the food. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for a family visit to the ski arae. Very early in the season for us and the snow cover off the maintained piste was non...

We travelled as a group of Nine. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Made special provision for us to all eat together. Rooms to a high standard. Cleaned every day. Easy access to ski slopes via free bus. Drinks included with dinner from 6 til 9, staff always asked us at 8:55 what our order was, well done.

We visited this hotel in March 2016 with 6 adults a 2 year old, 6 month old baby and 3 month old baby. The staff were very friendly and great with the kids. The rooms were spacious and the choice of food was excellent. A short bus ride takes you down to the slopes and the pool was super. Overall...

Very good food, the vest and most flavorful we had in Austria. Although we didn't stay there this time, the hotel is also very nice (walked around it and took a brochure, and talked to staff), part of it recently renovated and plans for more renovations. Friendly people.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. the room was quite small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) The Hotel is very convenient, the food is excellent and hotels area is nice. The staff (with exception to the reception) doesn't speak English however it's manageable.

I stayed here for a week on a full board basis with my wife. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Two come to mind 1.Olivia in reception and, 2. Andri/ea in breakfast and bar service. Actually everyone was very helpful. The fare was tasty and varied and, the location was very picturesque.

An excellent Hotel, which is more than worth its 3* rating. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful; try their home cured ham. The rooms are an adequate size and have a good sized balcony. The swimming pool came into its own, so we were wet on the inside, If you have visited Austria before you will...

Visited 11-18 June 2016. This is Austria, so i knew the rooms were likely to be very basic and that we would be in the 'annex', as described by other reviewers. I was delighted to find the 'annex' was in fact a building very similar to the main one, set back from the road with most of the main facilities...
