Hotel Regina is extremely well located, beautifully maintained and has friendly staff. A family run business, they take pride in what they do. We stayed in a Regina Suite. Four poster bed with a double closet and large desk in the bedroom. Another closet in the hallway plus legs for ski clothing. AMAZING, modern bathroom with super deep tub and... More

A stay for 4 nights proved to be the maximum we could bear. Not that the hotel is bad: the room was spacious, bathroom fine, (small) inside pool and sauna, but the whole placed breathed eeehhh, well, not much. Stiff service at the front desk, clearly rountinous, welcoming with a plastic smile through all 4 days, a head waiter who... More

We went here 2 times with our family and we will return again. Rooms were excellent and the food was very good. Even for the children, adjustments could be made to the menu. The environment is breathtaking and ideal for hikes with children. Also the possibility to rent a bike nearby the hotel is nice.

We've been here for 2 years in a row and will definitely come back again. We stayed at the Regina's Residenz Apartments for 7 days. Super clean and fully equipped. It has 2 balconies and a beautiful bathroom with a huge bathtub! We love this apartment. We strongly recommend it. You also have free access to the hotel's spa and... More

The hotel is very near to the ski lift (under 5 minutes by foot). It offers a ski safe to store your equipment (for free). You can rent ski equipment right next to the lift from multiple providers. The hotel room key serves also as a bus ticket. The rooms are big enough and very clean. Not all rooms have... More

We stayed here for a weeks ski trip with food included. My husband is vegetarian and I'm vegan and the restaurant managed to make something delicious for us every evening and make sure dairy substitutes were available at breakfast. We even got specially made vegan desserts every evening. It was a real treat. The service was amazing and we felt... More

Generally everything was not so bad, first of all the layout of our apartments was not like in the pictures, it was very small without any sense living room and tiny-tiny kitchen. When I saw the apartments I tryied to change it because I expected more convinent accommodation. The second is there was very cold, heating system turn off periodically,... More

Good hotel, service leaves a bit to be desired, but when skiing only space bath and wellness are important and that was all more than OK. It is located 200 meters from the main lift, has its own smallish ski shop

The tops: great location only 100m from Gaislachkogelbahn (opens at 08am so you can be first on the slopes!); easy-access underground hotel parking; spacious rooms (Superior Room) with ample storage and perfect bathroom; buffet breakfast with great choice; dinner (5-course served) absolute thrill for the eyes and the pallet; hotel bar and restaurant are typical "Austrian" decoration The flops: ski-room...
