Very well situated just off the main road close to two ski lifts. A pharmacy over the road. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Brilliant staff and breakfasts. Room very spacious for Europe. Stacks of packing space everywhere in the rooms. Very comfy beds and nice shower. Ski room good. Wifi good. Beautiful location stunning views from the room. Loved Solden!

A lovely hotel featuring innovative design Quiet rooms and public areas thanks to well thought out environmentally friendly sound proofing
Nice rooms with good modern bathrooms
A lovely wellness area with a rooftop infinity pool worthy of Soldens James Bond fame .
Now the food ! A breakfast buffet which is an absolute feast offering every food known to mankind ,everything you could conceivably wish for and a chef to cook anything you want to order while you wait
All is beautifully fresh and displayed to perfection
The family run hotel is just first class and they are so helpful
They have a ski and boot room which is not down in a basement under the hotel it’s on street level and you can walk in change and exit straight into the pavement without having to climb a mountain of steps
The access to the slopes is easy just walk over the river bridge and the free ski bus stops are just on the other side The bus runs every Ten mins and is really easy there being two main lifts exiting the village one at each extremity of the Main Street a short journey to some lovely slopes.
The Bond film Spectre was filmed here and you can lunch in the restaurant that featured as the health clinic where 007 was offered a herbal drink instead of his usual Vodka Martini ,needless to say a lot of people got shot 😂
If you want to discover other areas for Skiing the free ski bus regularly runs up the valley to Obergurgl and Hoc-gurgle ,your lift pass covers these resorts and gives you to opportunity to do some serious appres ski in the famous NiederHut .It’s a real party place with a wonderful band of top class musicians and first rate service you will probably not be pounding corduroy the next morning Remember to pack your hangover essentials 😂

What a pleasant surprise and real value for money. The hotel has very hospitable staff, a nice spa and rooftop pool (maybe a bit cold to my taste, especially in colder weather), clean rooms with all amenities you would expectant a VERY lush breakfast included. Shoutout to the breakfast staff who go beyond to make sure your start of the day is a pleasant one with plenty of choice and very prompt service. Oh nee specially liked the washable gloves needed because of covid, so much better than those one time plastic throw-aways: kudos!!

Point of criticism: there is only one EV charger in the parking and during my stay several EVs where battling for the place. Also despite their own hotel documentation the charger is not free to use, I was asked to keep track of the amount of kWH consumed so they could charge it to my hotel bill for 28 cents per kWh.

I would suggest: install more chargers and make them free of charge.

But again: clean rooms, all tot need, ample parking space and very helpful and friendly staff.

Would definitely stay again next time in Sölden!

We had a lovely family ski week here booked via Crystal Ski. We booked a double room (as family room was not bookable via Crystal) but we contacted the hotel to arrange to upgrade privately before we travelled. Contact was very efficient via email.
Check in was efficient and our room ready when we arrived early afternoon.
The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable and made up very nice each day. Bath robes and slippers provided and towels for wellness area.
Rooftop pool was lovely to relax in after a day on the slopes. Water lovely and warm so we went in both on snowy days and sunny days!
The whole hotel was kept very clean with floors being cleaned very regularly in public areas. Staff all very friendly and hard working.
Bar area was nice for some drinks or nice snacks such as soup or toasties. Relaxed atmosphere.
Breakfast buffet was excellent- so much choice - hot section had sausages, eggs, omelette, bacon, pancakes, waffles. Rolls, breads, croissants, cold cuts, yoghurts, fresh fruits, different juices, tea leaves, coffees, dried fruits and nuts. Donuts, muffins, cakes. Cereals, Bircher muesli… the list goes on! We were pleased that majority of guests and staff were wearing face masks as we feared covid could ruin our holiday while cases rates so high worldwide. Everyone wore them up at the breakfast buffet which was good.
The welcome meeting was a nice touch to learn about the hotel’s materials and the local area.
We bought our ski pass from reception and the ski store with heated boot rack also ideally located. We walked to the giggijoch gondola or got ski bus along to the gaislachkogel lift.
There were bikes available for use but we didn’t have much time to spare after skiing, swimming and eating!
We visited the pool at the friezeit arena immediately behind the hotel on our last day. It is fun for kids with the water features.
There is a small kids play area downstairs also in the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel for families or couples or small group of friends.

Hotel is very modern, room was spacious with enough space for family of 3 and plenty of luggage. Good amount of hanging space to put all you clothes away. Super cheap laundry service meant no more washing ski clothes and no need of having clothes drying around room.
Amazing location with short walk to the main gondola and the run down finished across the road with 2 min walk from the hotel.
Hotel offered best breakfast selection I've ever seen. With plenty of fresh fruit, seeds, cheese board and nice added bonus was made to order omelet station.

Outstanding breakfast, very spacious room, clean and quiet.
WIFI works great and the reception staff are very attentive and help with any problem.
It is very convenient to have a covered car park.
The sofa area is very nice and clean.
The outdoor pool experience is very fun and the sauna is very good.
Very close to the lift to go up the mountain to ski.
The only thing I would improve is the quality of the beds, it was fine but could be improved.

Very clean, very modern, rooms perfect for sharing with a pal or teenager. No problem with separate beds. Lovely spa area. Breakfast was exceptional and service was excellent. I left my bag there between trips, no problem. Ski locker fantastic. Lovely little bar for residents only really and closes early. Hugely convenient to restaurants, bars and slopes. One of the best we have ever experienced. My Suggestion is give each room two coffee pods each day free of charge. I Don’t understand Charing for a cup of coffee in the room. Very unusual. Maybe drop the jar of jam on checkout instead if a cost thing. These are not criticisms but constructive observations from someone in the industry. We will be back.

Beautiful spa hotel in the center of Soelden. Very easy to access the lifts and all the bars and restaurants in the center. The room was functional, modern and clean, the breakfast very nice and tasty and the staff was helpful and nice. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop Spa, which has a beautiful swimming pool outside (with mountain view) and two sauna resting areas (one clothed, one not) with view on the mountain scenery.

After a long day snowboarding you need a roof top infinity pool. That’s my new motto. Perhaps I was spoiled but this pool is epic. Sitting watching the sky darken and stars appear in a warm pool just floating around to let your muscles relax. Little jacuzzi area you can lie back in and have those aches pummelled away by bubbles. Sauna (clothed) was great as well although a tad slippy - I fell but no harm done. Room well appointed and bed v comfy. Shower was a little unreliable on temperature. Breakfast was amazing. Good spread including a hot option. Staff at reception could do more to help. Every single one was keen to assist. Definitely recommend this place.

Ultra modern hotel, lovely rooms With gorgeous views, amazing breakfast buffet & stunning rooftop pool ! Stayed here on a ski trip with friends. Central location to ski lifts. Spa area lovely and relaxing! Michel in the bar was a credit to the team, great attitude and even better cocktails!
