We've been there a couple of times already

Actually pretty nice if you want to stay at the Belgium coast for a few days.

Be careful when booking, its more an apart hotel than a real hotel
Basic prices don't include breakfast and cleaning
Daily cleaning is not included since you actually rent an apartment and not a hotel room, so be aware of that

Room has a kitchen, fridge etc which is pretty nice, you can safe a lot of money while cooking yourself, Delhaize is just around the corner. You can get everything at walking distance

People are usually very helpful when you have any questions
Rooms have enough space, at least for 2 persons, couch, tv, Bedroom etc
However, it gets a bit tricky when you have a baby with you and have to install the baby bed in your bedroom, but it works. The couch can be transformed into a bed btw.
There is a lot of space in the living / kitchen room even with 4-5 people

One of the biggest negative points of this Hotel (well it isn't actually a hotel since you rent an apartment for a period) are the floors specially first floor, very slim. the stairs are even slimmer but you usually use the elevator, also slim but ok

In the past, there was an other thing to look at while booking, you had to make it very clear that you wanted to stay at this location.
They had few locations available, and a few years ago we've been transferred to one of their other locations out of Westende, that place was more a youth hostel.
This has changed, so you don't need to look at that anymore

We've always been there out of season, be aware that Belgium coast gets extremely crowdy in the season and very expensive.
Even when we went, this apart hotel was usually pretty full or even sold out.

It is definitely no 5 stars but looking at the price and considering the prices at Belgium coast this is a really good place to stay. and 2 minutes walk and you're at the beach :)))

Close to tram station, very convenient to visit the Belgian coast and Bruges.
It is not a "real hotel", but more a vacation rental facility, offering at extacost breakfast and linen service. The receprion does not operate on a 24hr basis so you have to plan your check in and check out.
The room had a fully equipped kitchenette and was cleaned daily, breakfast had a good variety.
Plenty of parking space but also accessible by public transport.

I have stayed there a couple of times already. The location is great, very close to the tram but you cannot check in before 2PM which is annoying. The studios are nice but not big enough for two. Keep in mind that breakfast is not included in the price of the studio but since there is a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, it's easy to prepare your own.
The walls are not very thick which means that you can hear possibly noisy neighbors.

Arrived very late. They sent an email in broken French with instructions. Ok. Opened the safe at the hotel, no keys!!!! Midnight, crying kids, nobody answering any calls, foreign country... No place to stay!!! After 4.5 hours of driving..!
Heck, in reality the key was in a completely different building 5 minutes away by car. But the address and instructions are not clearly explaining that. Next day talked to them, what is amazing that no apologies and no immediate solution was offered. Just insisted how easy it is to open the safe... Who cares, when I had to call other hotels in the area to book at 1 at night!!! What is amazing is that they don't offer refunds either. We have to wait for at least a week to see if they can do it or not. To summarize. It's an absolute disaster!! Incompetence and zero interest in customer service!! You people do not belong to hospitality business!!! Their hotels looks clean from outside on a cold night though. Terrible experience!

We stayed here as an alternative to Bruge, deciding to day-trip there instead. We went for 3 nights in October half term and was disappointed that Middlekerke Westend was all but closed for the winter - big mistake! We had to drive to Ostend to find an open restaurant on the Monday evening. The hotel reception area seemed to be in an estate agent's office on the gropund floor and when this was closed, we had the distinct feeling that we were the only people/guests in the building, not very good!

We weren't happy with the first room offered, I'd wrongly assumed an apartment/suite for 4 would have 2 bedrooms, it didn't. It was a small bedroom with two very uncomfortable and narrow single beds and a bed-settee in the living/dining/kitchenette room. The hotel had a generally tired feel with dents in the walls and broken and damaged work surfaces in the kitchen area. We asked if there was a bigger room available so we moved for a further 30 Euros. The new room at the top of the building was biger but was the same with just the one bedroom and the bed-settee again. There was still a lack of maintenance, the ceramic/glass hob was smashed with sharp exposed edges, it all felt very tired.. Another silly and annoying thing was that the curtains didn't fit the huge semi-circular living room windows, as the hortel's neon sign was fitted to the outside wall and the room doubled as a bedroom, this seemed plain daft!

On the upside, the heating worked well, and the tiny flat screen TV had some English language channels. There was free car parking to the front of the hotel and the tram stop was ajust down the road.

All in all, we had a very lonely 3 nights at the Zeester Suitehotel and being used to the UK's wonderful Premier Inn chain of Budget hotels we thought it was expensive for what it offered. It was a big mistake not staying in Bruges itself.

We stayed 3 days at the Belcasa Mar with 4 adults + 2 children. In 3 days time not once had 'hotel service': no clean towels, not polished, no clean toilet paper, ... Even after phone calls to the office still not, we were even treated very unkindly when we asked about it.
Moreover, located right next to a (marginal) cafe + opposite a lunapark, so a lot of night noise.
Very unfriendly, hautaine boss.
The apartment itself is beautiful, but here they never see us again...
