This B&B is one of a kind and the hospitality is amazing!!! It was wonderful to have the house separate from the owners dwelling, and they were more than willing to sit down at breakfast and visit for as long as the conversation allowed. We loved the stories told from long time Alaskans. The craftsmanship in the B&B is truly...

Located away from the hustle & bustle of downtown is this beautifully hand-crafted B&B. The inlayed wood designs are amazing. Our room was a nice size & very clean and quiet. We stayed two nights & one morning Richard cooked our pancakes & bacon and the next morning it was Sue. Both were extremely friendly & helpful.

I always feel like Alaskan B and B's are done strictly for additional income. Spent 2 nights here, its about 10 minutes out of downtown so you need a car, and we had good weather and great outdoor activities. Hosts were present only for breakfast, which takes away from interactions I think, and breakfast is is always sourdough pancakes and...

We stayed in room #3 for 2 nights. The first morning we had an early fishing charter and the hosts (Richard and Sue) left us a continental breakfast in the fridge. Each night they made coffee too so all you have to do is turn it on. This, to me, is heaven. I cherish my coffee in the morning. :-)...

This B&B is an excellent place to stay when in Seward. Just a few miles out of town, in the woods, it's a great escape. The location was perfect - close to all of the activities, but far enough away where we could get away from the crowds. Our hosts were very friendly and made some of the most wonderful...

Home is wonderfully handcrafted with attention to all the details. Breakfast was DELISH! Richard and Sue were wonderful hosts that will share their Alaskan knowledge with you. The highlight of our...

Richard and Sue are gracious hosts and the woodwork in their B+B is stunning. Our room was large, comfortable, and private. Not much view, reasonably convenient to Seward, very good value.

This B&B was so beautiful! Richard and Sue had built it themselves and had taken such care with every detail. It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Richard made his famous sourdough pancakes and Sue had made a batch of strawbwrry jam. YUM!! I would absolutely recommend this B&B to any travelers!

Wow this B &B was our favorite in Alaska. We had room #3. and had a view of the forest top, and the mountains. The room was so clean, and large, and decorated with perfection. The owner, and artist Richard who built this work of art is like family to sit and talk with. I wish Sue lived next door,...

This is truly a gem of a place! There are no words to describe the attention to detail in the woodworking of this facility. I believe Alaska to be soo beautiful I understand why people call it God's Country and this bed and breakfast sits in the middle of it all. This little wooden bit of heaven is surrounded by...
