The Hotel L'Albatros represents good value for a 3 star hotel. Most of the rooms have had a recent upgrade and are neat and tidy at the price. It is close to bus routes for those without a car. Hotel staff are very accommodating. The rooms facing the road can be a little noisy. Good food available at a fair... More

Stayed three nights at this 3* hotel and restaurant. We arrived early on a Sunday in August and decided to have lunch. The restaurant opened at 12 noon and as it was a few minutes before, my husband asked for a menu and aperitifs, we sat outside in a small but sunny courtyard, the drinks arrived but no menus. After... More

1 night business stay, hotel is fairly basic, but that is not to stay still of a good standard of comfort and cleanliness. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Nice restaurant attached serving a good selection of tasty options. Breakfast was quite limited, but still something to satisfy almost everybody. Overall very nice indeed.

We stayed at L'albatros for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). The reception was fantastic and staff spoke English. We were shown personally around the hotel and too our room. Initially we thought the 3 miles approx to the town centre a little far but we did not find this a problem. There was ample parking, places to sit in the... More

Enjoyable stay with friendly staff. Did not try restaurant. Continental buffet breakfast was served with freshly squeezed orange juice was a bonus. Hotel situated on main road which can sometimes be a bit noisy. Hotel has an indoor swimming pool.

Decent hotel but I'd say it's a little too far from Morlaix. Up a massive hill as well. The spa facilities are good enough. Good sauna, decent hot tub (just about warm enough) but the pool was probably too cold. Too cold for us anyway. Funnily enough, I appreciated the fact that they'd paid for a few decent "Canal" TV... Cozy hotel overall with particular mention for dinner and breakfast, however as mentioned in other reviews SPA is lacking of consistency, sauna was broken, jacuzzi was insufficient. Additionally the hotel is not at walking distance from the centre.

The hotel can't do anything about the location, but could, with a little effort, make this a place I'd want to return to. The carpets are stained, the walls have holes where pictures used to be, the corridors have lighting which should come on automatically, but often requires a bit of arm waving to get it to work. the outdoor... This hotel in on the outskirts of Morlaix close to the Britair headquarters. It is unobtrusive in a quiet area. Rooms are good, wifi is free, bathrooms are good, dinners were great. Bathrooms are fitted with baths. I did not have time to enjoy the nice pool and massages.....next time!
