Big rooms – 2 queen beds. Bathroom is small. Coffee maker not hot enough to make tea (but then we are from the UK and may be over fussy about this ). Fridge/hairdryer/room safe. Plenty of toiletries and free newspaper. There are 4 lifts. We were on the 16th floor for 2 nights & never had to wait that long....

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for two nights before a cruise, and for one night after the cruise. This was our first cruise on HAL, and there were people staying at the Crowne Plaza waiting to embark on a Norwegian cruise also. The concierge, Charlotte, was really good about getting us signed up for a shuttle to Pier 91...

My wife and I spent night two of our 4 day trip in Seattle at the Crowne Plaza. Reason for staying here was that I had a free anniversary night on my Priority Club rewards credit card. They were also nice enough to upgrade us up to the corner room with a really nice view of Seattle. With that came...

Very nice hotel in downtown Seattle. A few blocks up the hill from Pike Street Market. Very friendly staff, large rooms (small bathrooms but adequate). The view from the upper floors (34 stories tall) are great. Possibly the most comfortable bed I've slept in this year. Breakfast buffet is good and varies every day but a bit on the pricey...

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was an easy walk from everything we wanted to do and visit; Pike Market, Pioneer Square, Benaroya Hall. Our room had two sides of a corner view of downtown. We had the breakfast buffet one morning; very mediocre for $17 per person. The room coffee was very weak, but...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights two weeks ago. The hotel is very conviently located downtown Seattle within walking distance to all interesting places down town. Besides the hotel being in very good condition and VERY clean - the entire staff was more than friendly, welcoming and professional. Definately will stay here again in the future.

This hotel was a good location for Pikes Market and other attractions, but elevators were extremely slow. Waited almost 5 minutes for an elevator to an upper floor. Had several requests from the front desk. For the most part they were extremely helpful.

Dear Enid, Thank you for staying with us and writing a review. I am glad the staff was extremely helpful and you found our location close to many of downtown Seattle’s favorite attractions. The elevators can get busy during peak hours and I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused you during your stay. We hope to see you again...

Just up the hill from the Public Market Center with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Nice hotel with inviting staff. If its raining and you need to eat/drink at the hotel the restaurant is excellent and they have a good bar with Happy Hour drinks and appetizers.

We were in town for a conference, and the hotel staff was amazing. Upon arrival we were upgraded to suites with a space needle view. The views are amazing from this hotel. There is a restaurant on the second floor, and you are only a few blocks from shopping. I would recommend this place for any type of travel.

My friend and I stayed one night September 27th before boarding a cruise ship at Pier 91. We were very pleased with the room, it was big and clean and the clerk at the front desk was kind enough to give us a room on a higher floor without us asking. We were on 18th floor facing the freeway, it...
