Came here for work and this place was amazing! Always clean, very safe and great service! Made my 5 day stay here great, only wish they were able to check out later due to my class not ending till 230.

Sheraton Seattle is very close to everything. Walking distance from Pikes Place. Walking distance from rail to the airport. One complaint I had is that there was a banging noise against a pipe at night in my room and front desk was not willing to do anything. Maybe an apology would be nice. Maybe offer to move me to a...

I came for a conference and was assigned the hotel. It is a little older and some of the updates you see in this type of hotel have yet to be done. Most annoying was not being able to access an outlet or USB port from either side of the bed. The rooms are decent size and the bed was...

Great location downtown seattle. Beautiful inside, beds are super comfy. Customer service is awesome. Next to mall and within walking distance of Pike place and piers. One thing...valet parking is ridiculously expensive, so is the self-parking, of possible avoid bringing a car.

I have had a great time at this hotel! My first room had a problem with the toilet and they were quick to respond. Because they couldn't fix it right off, they quickly moved me to a new room - a club room at that! The room is beautiful, just newly renovated, and is very comfortable! They have great restaurants,...

I checked in today around noon and luckily my room was ready so was able to settle in before attending the show. Got a great rate for attending the NW Flower & Garden show across the street from the hotel. Friendly front desk staff, room was fresh & spotless and great wi-fi. I really love this place!

The rooms were very comfortable, the bedding was plush, the room was quiet, and the amenities were just as expected. The locartion was central to downtown which makes getting around easy. I would highly reccmond this hotel for a getaway with no issues. I currently work for a AAA 5 diamond hotel and know what it takes to reach this...

This hotel is definitely very nice. It's not the Mandarin, but then again it's what my friends and I were able to afford. First things first- parking is over $50 a day so beware!!! Luckily, we were a party of 6 so we just split the cost. Upon entering, you see that the lobby is very spacious, clean, with modern...

Stayed here with family over holidays to go see the little Mermaid at the 5th avenue and gingerbread house exhibit at Sheraton. I am a member of starwood. Started out our trip by checking in and requested the executive floor as we had during our reservations. Executive floor was booked but they gave us free access to the meal area...

This is a horribly unprofessional hotel. From the second we arrived the valet/bellman was eating and failed to direct us where to park and was very slack in helping us with our stuff. The front desk guy was like a deer in the headlights the whole time talking to him. He had no idea what was going on. Our room...
