Very shabby and dark. Rooms are very depressing. Restaurant is not nice. Not a "cool" hotel like most of the W hotels. Completely not worth the money. I would not recommend it. Would not stay there again.

My daughter and I took our annual mother-daughter Thanksgiving trip to Seattle and stayed at the W Hotel. I have stayed at a number of hotels in Seattle and thus far, this is my favourite. The staff was super friendly, the location was fabulous and the room was spacious and comfortable. I look forward to staying at the hotel again.

Stayed for 2 nights in November and was overall very pleased with my stay. The check-in process particularly stood out. Holland checked me in and was very friendly and helpful. Definitely set a good tone for the entire stay. The room was clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely return.

Used our SPG points to stay at the W Seattle. Wonderful spot. About a 10min walk to Pike Place or Pioneer Square or Westlake. Great staff. We got an nice upgrade. Michael E. was particularly attentive. Decor is very modern. Would stay there again.

This was the second time we had stayed at the W Seattle. They had remodeled since our first visit. The rooms are very nice and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I actually prefer the property since the remodel. It's located in a great spot with an easy walk to downtown sites.

I have huge issues with hotels that only clean parts of the room that "can be seen". Sadly, W Seattle is one of them. When I was using the office desk area and pulled out the chair, I immediately noticed that there were huge amount of particles on the surface of the chair. My hand felt the particles. I can't... Wonderful corner room right in the heart of Seattle! Room was modern and just very much what a person would want on the back end of their west coast trip. We flew from Boston to Portland Oregon and then came to Seattle after a few days. Seattle was amazing, Portland... Not so much. The only knock I have with the... More

Great city center location and just a couple blocks from the University Avenue transit hub if you like public transport. Hotel is typical "W" with a dark and mysterious design aesthetic and eager if not entirely well refined service from energetic staff. My room 2215 was well appointed, comfy bed, and well stocked mini bar and luxury bath produces. Didn't... More

I spent one night at the W in Seattle for business and was treated amazingly well. The service is probably the best part of the experience, although the decor is also wonderful. Shout out to Michael Embaye who went out of his way to figure out where my Uber was!
