Hotel max location, rooms, and staff made our stay in Seattle memorable. It encompassed everything Seattle. The happy hour served amber ale, which was a pleasant surprise;). Location is perfect, as it is within walking distance to all the things we wanted to see and experience. Thank you Max Hotel

I arrived late the night before a two-day business trip and the staff were prompt and courteous. I enjoyed the stay: the room was clean, quiet, fun, edgy, and I was on the sub pop floor featuring a turntable and alt rock vinyls--that was great!

hotel max was decent, I don't stay at hotels often but the experience was about as expected. staff was friendly, valet parking was mandatory, only one house coat in the room and three towels, rooms are small (which was expected), bed was comfy, walls are thin and can hear neighbouring rooms fairly easily. price was decent for the room. close...

Stayed for 2 nights right in Feb 2017 while flying solo on a business trip. I was pretty shocked how small the rooms were and annoyed that to simply go up to your room you needed to use a room key. The elevator was tiny and sloww so in the morning getting down is a nightmare! The room was tiny...

This was an old hotel that had been renovated a few years ago. While the staff was very nice, the rooms have window-mounted HVAC units that are VERY LOUD. They know this, which is why they provide ear plugs next to the bed. SInce I am unable to wear earplugs, the noise kept me up all night. If you want...

We fully enjoyed our stay at Hotel Max. Check-in was easy, and we were prepared for the $75/ per day hold on our room (thanks to a previous review). We were credited back that money 2 days after we checked out. We loved the art/music theme throughout the hotel (we came up for a concert so it fit the theme...

My son and chose this place because it was close to Pike Place Market. It's a easy 10 minute walk. The staff was super friendly and the room was spacious and clean. There's a record player in the room; the sound quality wasn't very good, but it gives a cool vibe to the hotel. It was a little noisy since...

I always stay at the Hotel Max when I come to Seattle for fun or business. The location and prices are great. I have always had a good experience with the staff but this time Ciara at the front desk really made it special. I was confused about which room I had pre-booked online, and she made sure I had...

This was my first time in Seattle, and when I found this hotel online, I knew I had to stay there. It did not disappoint. All the employees were friendly and gave us recommendations to where to go eat. A feature hat I thought was great, was that we could text the staff if we had questions and they replied...

Honestly, the hotel was one of my favorite parts of my trips to Seattle. The hotel hosts an hour of beer and board games each evening which was an excellent opportunity to meet new people and just interact with friends.
