Lots of variety for weekend breakfast. Staff helpful, great location, lobby area very inviting and friendly. Lots of seating in the eating area. We were able to leave luggage with front desk after check-out for a graduation commencement. We come back again.

Unbelievably friendly, helpful staff. Somewhat dated decor but clean and comfortable. Right next to convention center. Some road noise in the rooms at the front of hotel due to proximity to interstate. Overall very happy with the stay.

Small hotel with free breakfast, pay parking, friendly staff. Easy walk to many Capitol Hill sites (the BIG Starbucks) in the middle of Seattle - just off freeway. Rooms range in size so if you need more space be prepared to request it.

The K 1-bedroom suite didn’t look like it had been remodeled but was comfortable for 2 ppl. No problems with furnishings or carpets. The only problem was that 1 of the 2 burners in the kitchen did not appear to work.
The convention center is nearby, so I suspect there is parking there. You can find information about parking at the convention center at the convention center's website (sorry tripadvisor won't let me include a link).
