Nice hotel. Clean and comfy. The parking is one of the cheapest for the hotels downtown. If you want a view of the city or space needle, then don't go here. If you don't care then this is perfect. The Emerald Grill (their restaurant) is not the best. HUGE portions though. Would suggest eating at a different restaurant. The clam...

A bit overpriced, but comparable for the area. Walking distance to MOPOP, the Chulily Garden, and the space needle. Good area. The room was fine, but the bathroom was slanted so the floor felt like it was going downhill. The pool was filled all the way to the top. The breakfast was a typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast - very...

Second time that I stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very strategic because you have a great view of the Space Needle and you are like 3 blocks away from Space Center. The room and the quality of the service are really excellent. 100% recommended this place.

Deciding a week before New Years does not give you a lot of choice in hotels, I chose this because it was very close to the Space Needle and many other attractions in the area, about a 15 minute walk. The location was perfect and despite being right on the onramp for 99 North, we heard no street noise. Our...

I am going to review 2 Holiday Inn properties simultaneously. Why? Because the Holiday Inn Seattle Downtown and the Holiday Inn Express City Center literally are adjoined. They abut one another back to back. It is really a little confusing. Somehow, during some business meeting rescheduling, I managed to book a night in each consecutively. I think this is probably...

Very pricey hotel for what you get but perhaps this is the price for downtown Seattle. Hotel itself seem a little pokey with a bunch of corridors and rooms so no open plan so feels a little dated. Room was ok. Breakfast same as most Holiday inn Express. All in a little underwhelming specially with the high price.

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. Although breakfast is very different to what i get in the UK there was no shortage of food. All of the staff are very helpful and very polite. If i am in this area again i would stay here again. The location of this hotel is great for exploring the city.

The Holiday Inn Express in Seattle city centre is conveniently located about six blocks from the monorail station at the landmark Space Needle. This certainly made it easy to get to downtown Seattle and the touristy spots around the waterfront & the Public Market at the other end of the monorail line. Our room was clean, and kept nice &...

We found our stay here enjoyable and reasonably priced. The staff in all areas were polite and helpful when we needed their assistance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. One of the best things is its central location in relation to the Space Needle. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it...

The reason I picked this hotel was for it's location and the fact as it has an indoor pool. The first evening we were here, we checked out the pool and it was COLD. We talked to the front desk twice and the next afternoon there was a sign on the door saying there was a temperature issue. In addition...
