Checked-in and the front desk agent made multiple jokes at my expense because of my age (21). Asked for room to be turned down (wasn’t the first night). New towels brought but no attempt to clean the room.

Friendly and helpful staff and a clean, tidy, well located hotel in a thriving city downtown. The only slight negative for me was that, although the food was good and the service friendly, the menu was limited with not too many options.
The hotel is well located near Space Needle. Rooms are comfortable. However, breakfast experience is the worst. You have to be on a line waiting until a table is free and the service is really slow. Options are limited and not so tasty. For business...More
