Easy busy ride or bike ride to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Kids loved the pool and playing in the backyard. Very kind and insightful hosts. The rooms were elegantly decorated and the Chambres itself artfully designed.

We spent five nights at Les Chambres d'Andréa in June and were lucky to be in Marseillan for the inauguration of the new port and all the accompanying celebrations. Marseillan is such a charming place and we enjoyed every day there but the best part was knowing that we would return in the evening to this delightful B&B just five minutes from the port. Stéphanie and Philippe are such welcoming hosts and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is perfect. The breakfasts were delicious with super fresh produce and enough to keep us going all day. The room was spotless and with a great shower and very comfy bed. The garage is large and secure and Philippe is at hand to help you to reverse out. We loved our conversations with both Stéphanie and Philippe who were keen to hear about our day's experiences and give further advice for the next day. They are such a hospitable and hard working couple and we loved the time we spent at their B&B.

An old house beautifully restored and decorated by a charming hostess. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. A big garden where you can have a good continental breakfast under the trees or an aperitif. There is a boulodrome and a heated pool with with comfortable loungers and shade if necessary. Garage parking is included. The town centre and the port are within easy walking distance ( about 5 minutes)

When booking our trip to Herault I agonised over where we would stay during our five nights in Marsellian. I wanted to be centre ville, within walking distance of the quay and its restaurants. Family holidays have historically been a villa or camping (off-grid) as I've always preferred my own space. My previous experiences of B&Bs had not been good. To all B&B owners out there - take heed - Stephanie and her team at Les Chambres d'Andrea know how to do it and do it perfectly. The house has been beautifully renovated and thoughtfully furnished for visiting guests. Rooms are spacious, clean, air-conditioned havens with fabulous bathrooms. Downstairs there is a soothing guest lounge leading onto an amazing garden with pool (the website photos are good but don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful this place is). All of our mornings commenced with a gastronomic breakfast - breads and crossaints from the local Boulangerie (the one around the corner from Spar not to be missed), fresh fruit, yoghurt, choice of conserve - washed down with as much tea and coffee as we could drink. All elegantly served as if we were visiting royalty. I admire Stephanie and I adore les Chambres d'Andrea.

We biked here on the Canal Du Midi from Beziers. From the street you would not know the treasures that lie within. We parked our bikes in their secure indoor parking area and were shown the heated pool and patio area with outdoor bar. Our 2nd floor room was modern and stylish with minibar stocked with champagne. The bath had separate tub and shower with robes, slippers, and heated towel rack. I took a beer from the minibar and proceeded to enjoy it in the afternoon sunshine by the pool. After a siesta (to recharge my batteries) we ventured out to a Vietnamese restaurant nearby for dinner. A Continental Breakfast was served at a communal table for eight with cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice, croissants, coffee and tea. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed the conversation with fellow guests. If we were not on a bike tour , I could see using this as a good base for exploring the area.

We stayed in Room 2 on the first floor overlooking the garden. It was very comfortable, spacious with a large ensuite bathroom. Breakfast in the large courtyard garden was excellent. Stephanie was very helpful with all our arrangements and the parking on site was extremely useful. The garden is quite large and pretty and the pool looked most inviting. We had no problem with the front door! Just metres down the road is the excellent Jardin du Naris restaurant. Highly recommended. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a farcical arrangement where you arrive at a huge old front door with a message stuck to it with a message asking you to ring a French telephone number. You will then find a barely-audible French recorded message to which you can only but state your name and tel. number and the fact that you are stood outside the door. This we did over the course of the next 20 mins , twice in English once in French whilst at the same time ringing the two bells and banging the large door knocker that sent resounding thuds throughout the house. We were just about to leave exasperated when the door opened for the manageress to let out one of her guests. She simply shrugged when I explained how long we had been waiting. Her desk was 6 ft behind the door!!! Its just the last thing you need at the end of a long journey - not at all customer friendly!! I'd always opt for a hotel entrance you can simply walk into after this

One of the finest and most beautiful places I have stayed in. Facilities and rooms superb-we had living room and bedroom and bathroom-Stephanie and Jocelyn were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely-proper boulangerie not the pokey mini croissants from a buffet that many hotels now do. The swimming pool and garden were to die for and an oasis of calm. The garage was superb! I love this place!

This is a great b&b with lots of soul and very nice hosts. All details seem to be under control. Breakfast is superb, garden has plenty of secluded hideaways between the many walls of bamboo. The swimming pool / terrace area adds value. Short walk away from several good restaurants in Marseillan. We'll be back!

Great location and facilities have been thoughtfully developed. Our host was helpful and very accommodating; garden, pool and rooms perfect rounded off by a great breakfast. Highly recommended The local town is easily accessible and offers a range of shops and restaurants. The Port House restaurant is worthy of z visit and was our favourite.
