This is a new-ish hotel in the very desirable Midtown Crossing area. There are shops and restaurants nearby. All the rooms seem to have full kitchens, as well as a nice TV area and well-appointed bathrooms with nice, large showers. It's not truly "elegant," more sleek and modern, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The complimentary breakfast...

This hotel was the most disgusting hotel ever. We found stains all over our bed sheets from a previous guest. I have NEVER stayed in such a disgusting hotel. The reviews said this had happened before and the hotel promised to fix it but obviously they still haven't.

Great hotel for us. Clean, well run. Easy to access and centrally located. Our room came with kitchen area. If we were staying longer than two days, this would be helpful. It is nice to drink out of real glasses instead of disposable. Dog friendly.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms with a small kitchenette. Bathroom is roomy with amenities such as shampoo, body wash and lotion. Kitchenette has a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and a small assortment of dish ware. Hotel serves breakfast in the am and has a happy hour in the evenings. Downstairs lobby has lots of room to work and hang out....

Amazing service, complimentary breakfast every morning. Dog friendly! The place smells like green tea, also eco friendly. Bathrooms are amazing, I stayed at the executive suite which included a full size kitchen.

Stayed at this hotel for one night for a quick fall break trip to Omaha to visit the zoo. This is a nice hotel in an good location in the newer Midtown Crossing development where you can walk to a park, restaurants, bars and movie theater. You do have to pay $10 for parking in the attached garage. We had...

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The young gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He explained about the hotel and how to turn on the lights in the room. Our toilet seat became loose and was a hazzard to sit on it. We called down to the front desk and said even though they didn't...

I stayed here with a group for business travel for several nights. It is the best business hotel experience! The complimentary breakfast is the best grab-and-go I have ever had at a hotel, especially the healthy breakfast sandwich and wrap options as well as the smoothie shots and fresh fruit. The complimentary snacks and happy hour offered high quality bottled...

The Element is more like a modern studio apartment. It is a very "green" property. The breakfast is excellent. They have snacks all day and wine and beer and food each evening. It is a wonderful hotel. I giving it five stars because it deserves it. I only have one negative comment. I fell in the lobby because a luggage...

First, please be aware that we did not stay at this hotel. We wanted to stay at The Element, but both have asthma. Consequently, I phoned to find out about the cleaning and laundry products used in this supposedly green hotel. Such products can be triggers for asthma and other respiratory and allergic reactions. The person who answered the phone...
