We stayed here for 10 nights in a junior suite with sea view in September.

The room was lovely, quiet, good size, super comfy bed and sofa. Nice big shower with toiletries. The view was beautiful over looking the bay with the yachts moored up, great for a wine at the end of the day.

Breakfast was good. Variety of hot items, pastries, bread, jams etc and the restaurant also had a lovely view over the bay, filled us up for the day.

The grounds were kept nicely with lots of flowers, and various places to sunbathe and chill out - the normal pool, the infinity pool with a lovely view, a small beach with beach bar with nice seating just behind it, plus the floating jetty with sunbeds on it, great to watch the boats coming in and out of Sivota harbour.

Staff were polite and helpful, always checking everything was ok. There was also a a golf buggy to transfer you and your luggage up the very steep hill outside the hotel to your coach.

The hotel is about a 20 min walk into Sivota village - there is a very steep hill just outside the hotel, then downhill all the way, so we used to walk in and taxi back lol!

There are also 2 other beaches within a 10/15 min walk of the hotel and various others a bit further out.

We really loved our stay here and will definitely return. Would recommend it .

There is only one thing that I think would improve the hotel and that is a small boat service to taxi people to and from the village, for a charge of course.

Well, I think ‘Jay R’ who wrote a previous review must have been staying a different hotel. I could not disagree with his review more. The efficient and friendly staff are one of the many plus points of this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. Air conditioner problem sorted immediately. Very clean and well-kept premises. We have a pool suite which is idyllic. Despite it being the height of the season there are ample sun loungers and a multitude of spots to hang out including two pools, private beach, pontoon and by the beach bar. Our rooms are exceptional. Teenagers are in a double room with two balconies. Never had such a large room. We will be recommending this hotel to everyone.
Evening restaurant menu was very grown -up so we mainly walked the 15 minutes into Sivota to the many restaurants to suit pizza-loving teen. There is a steep , short hill as you leave the hotel but you can get a taxi. Hotel and pools are on many levels with some steep slopes so make sure you’ve got everything before you go down to the beach. You can hire paddle boards and kayaks from the hotel and also book boat trips. This hotel beats everywhere we have stayed in Scicily and Croatia and came very close to experiences in the Maldives. Thank you for a , so far, excellent holiday.

We're just back from a fab week at this hotel. It's situated with the most marvellous views out across the sea to the small islands. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view. The breakfast buffet was tasty, nicely presented and had enough choice without being overwhelmed by unnecessary items as in some of the larger hotels.
The grounds were well kept and clean. The infinity pool was stunning and we spent many hours here at the end of each day. There was no extra charge to use this pool and mostly there were plenty of empty loungers. The private beach below the hotel was honestly the nicest beach of all the local ones we visited. Most of the others were more pebbly and less sheltered.
Car hire can be had from Ionian Travel in the village. Also the best boat trips are the Glass Bottomed Boats as they actually land at the Blue Lagoon. The rest stop further out and you have to swim from the boat. Go on the first trip of the day for a quieter experience. Don't bother with the Diaspora beach as it's nothing special.

Just a couple of negative points:
The amount of steps to be negotiated to get from the rooms to the restaurant and pool areas would be an issue for some. Fine for most people though and certainly not as much as we've found at other hillside hotels.
There was music playing by the infinity pool for most of the day which was a little annoying at times when we just wanted to relax quietly.
Meals at the hotel were fairly pricey, and all a bit exotic really. After the first night we chose to eat down in the village for less than half the price, with much more choice available. It's not too far to walk down to the village, and taxis back up to the hotel are only 5 Euros.

Only other thing would be a personal request to the hotel to maybe put up some bird feeders, maybe on the grassy area next to the infinity pool. There were various birds in the trees nearby and it would be great to help out the wildlife a bit and encourage them for everyone to see.

We were there last week, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big and spacious, beds comfortables, we found the location a little bit difficult is you don't have a car, the place is nice and quiet but they don't have service like spa, or gym. there are two pools, but the best one you can use just if you pay a extra cost of 12 euros, not fair enough. Restaurant was good but we felt the personal very stressed cause they have just two guys serving the dinner, I wonder why can't have at least two persons more and make the atmosphere more comfortable for them guests...

Great location with views over the sea. Inevitably this meant a few slopes/steps but nothing too bad. About 20 minute walk down to Sivota where many tavernas. For us a bit too steep in the heat but easy to get a taxi (either called by reception or from the rank in town) at a cost of only 5 euros. 2 pools (including an adult only infinity pool) and a nice private beach and swimming deck. First week plenty of space whereas during the second week there was some dreaded sunbed blocking but we were able to pre book places by the infinity pool. We had a 2 bed suite for the 3 of us. It was very comfortable and well equipped (although a larger chest of drawers would have been helpful) with effective air con and a large balcony with great views. Buffet breakfast good with wide range of hot and cold options . Lunches fine (although draft beer would be good) but not greatly impressed with dinner options which were quite expensive and not as traditionally Greek as we would have liked but this wasn't a problem with all the choice in Sivota. The airport at Preveza was great - small and not too much like a cattle truck with a pleasant and quite quiet drive down to the hotel. Staff at the hotel were good - in particular Nikos and the waiting staff, the helpful reception team and the very efficient maids. Would recommend for a good although quite pricey option.

We have just returned from a two week stay and can honestly report that we’ve had the perfect holiday. The location is absolutely stunning and our family suite had a huge terrace with sea views.
The suite was spacious with great facilities, the pools were lovely, private section of beach was amazing and every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was plentiful, the beach bar provided drinks and snacks throughout the day and the restaurant provides something very special for that evening meal.
The terrain is far from flat but we were aware of that when we booked and it was no issue. For those with mobility issues there are golf buggies (and those helpful staff) on resort and plentiful taxis for the sharp climb up/down to Sivota.
We stayed bed and breakfast and then varied our meals between the restaurant on site, snacks from the beach bar, pasta/ pesto cooked in our room and the wide range of restaurants in Sivota.
The hotel also helped us to arrange boat and skipper hire for a day trip to Paxos/ Antipaxos and we hired paddle boards from the hotels private Jetty.
Housekeeping came twice daily to see what we needed whilst balancing this with a sustainability/ eco pledge.
My husband made good use of the gym and I made excellent use of the plentiful sunbeds and never once struggled to find a spot to relax.
My teenage daughters were able to have freedom to have the holiday they wanted between the suite, the beach and the family pool.
Have already recommended to friends and would love the chance to return.

We don’t tend to leave a review but just had to for the fantastic stay we had at Domotel. This place has everything you need to relax if you’re a couple after a quiet getaway. Stayed in a junior suite which had the most comfortable bed, we slept so well, and was really modern, spacious, and stylish. The adult only infinity pool was our favourite…overlooking the ocean it’s so tranquil. There were so many other places to relax too and it was also easy to find a sunlounger at the private beach or at the pontoon. Despite being peak season it didn’t seem overcrowded either. Syvota is a 15 minute steep walk away with everything you need, so many places to eat - you can also get a taxi for 5 euros. (The steep walk to town isn’t easy but it means that you get such spectacular views from the hotel so it is worth it). Domotel earns its 5 stars because the people who work there make it so special and go out of their way to help you especially Maria and Vasiliki who organised our taxis, excursions, and dinner recommendations and bookings - thank you! Things to do in Syvota: 1) hire a boat for the day to explore the beautiful beaches… 2) go on a boat trip to Paxos… 3) go to Thalassa Restaurant (10 min drive away) for the most spectacular sunset you will ever see -it’s so high up you feel like you’re in a plane!) Overall we had a fantastic stay, this is the perfect place to relax!

Based on the photos our expectations were high, and we weren't disappointed!

We stayed in the Executive Junior Suite with private pool for two nights. The stay was part of our 2-week honeymoon. We found it being good value compared to many other overpriced destinations/hotels in Greece, such as in Mykonos, Santorini etc.

The views from our terrace were spectacular. The room was spacious and decorated in contemporary style. The bed was as comfortable as it gets and we slept very well. Based on our experience, I would recommend booking a Junior suite instead of standard rooms as these rooms are newer.

Only one minor downside was the room terrace being overlooked by the other junior suites behind/above our room. I was aware of this beforehand and it didn't affect our experience, although it was slightly annoying when the other customers in the above junior suite were admiring the views right by the end of their pool leaving us no privacy.

We loved the beach, and spent most of the daytime there. At the time we visited, the beach was never crowded and we always manged to get sunbeds. It was absolutely stunning and probably one of the best private beach experiences we've had despite its' small size.

The food in the hotel was good quality and we enjoyed every meal we had. We had a la carte dinner once, and lunch a few times. We found the taco dish being overpriced as the tacos weren't regular but mini-sized with not a lot of fillings in them, however still very tasty. Perhaps avoid ordering special coffees such as lattes, as these weren't up to your usual standards.
Customer service was generally good, but perhaps not always as attentive as it could be. Still room for improvement but good enough!

We are already planning our next trip here, so all in all our experience was pleasant and worthy of 5*.

Stunning location. Very friendly staff. A few quibbles given it is classed as 5 stars:
- they should serve fresh fruit and orange juice at breakfast, not canned
- they should not be charging for coffee in the morning or in the room. We've never been in a top hotel that does that, regardless of what is a latte or capuccino
- €20 per person per day to use the adult pool is ridiculous. Why not just enforce the adults only policy?!

We were delighted with our visit to the hotel.
My wife had a birthday and wanted to celebrate it somewhere quiet and peaceful by the sea in Greece.
We came across this place by accident while watching a video about Greek bays in the Ionian Sea.
We decided to visit it and we were not disappointed. The hotel turned out to be a hidden gem.
Our room had a gorgeous view of the bay and nearby islands. The bedroom is huge and very comfortable.
The bathroom is also large with everything you need and has a very large and comfortable shower.
It is cleaned daily. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. Very nice people.
The breakfast is very good and varied. The restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine and the food is delicious.
However, if you expect typical Greek food, you will have to visit a tavern in the village.
The hotel has a private beach with a great view. There is also a private parking.
On site you can rent a boat (which we did) and tour the neighboring islands.
Special thanks to the hotel management for the surprise they made to my wife for her birthday.
We will definitely visit this wonderful place again someday.
