We really enjoyed our stay with Chris and Luciano; the house and pool were amazing and they were incredible hospitable, also for our kids! Also Bracciano is a lovely village with plenty things to do and lots of nice restaurants. We really hope to go back one day...

We so enjoyed our several days with Chris and Luciano. They are incredibly hospitable, and their home and the setting are stunning. We spent many hours sitting on our section of the deck or out on the lounges, enjoying the views and the fresh air. Their recommendations re restaurants in Bracciano were great and we enjoyed several very nice meals....

We decided to find a town near the airport to enjoy the final days of our trip rather than go back into Rome. Excellent choice to stay in Bracciano- plenty to do for our 48 hrs their. We loved staying with Chris and Luciano. They were incredible accommodating- especially with our 3 year old and 6 month old. She is...

Do yourself a favor and stay with Chris and Luciano in their beautiful home on the lake. They are wonderful hosts and so graciously share their home in a quaint Italian town- complete with a gorgeous pool and spacious room with balcony. As a bonus they are steps away from one of the best Italian restaurants we went to on...

Chris (the host) is one of the most amazing people I have met in my life. She is a perfect host. She came to pick us up from the airport. On our request, she made a reservation for us in a great restaurant by the lakeside for the dinner and dropped us to the place. Her apartment is just beautiful...

We were treated like royalty AND family by Chris and Luciano! This was our very first stay at a B&B and we definitely picked a winner! Our trip was spontaneous so we had done very little planning, but before we knew it Chris and her team of family and friends had arranged for a semi-private tour of the Vatican and...

I booked this place as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. I was looking for somewhere close to Rome that did not need a car. This place was just so wonderful. Everything had been designed to be romantic and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The welcome was warm and friendly and our host could not do enough for us....

We were cycling the Via Francigena with two friends and decided to deviate from our main route into Rome to visit Bracciano. The hospitality offered by Chris and Luciano made the visit so worthwhile. This B&B is a little hard to find but fortunately as we were lost and consulting our maps we were hailed by a woman in a...
