Arrived only to be told 2 twin rooms were not available this was booked 6 months before hand. After a struggle with the front of house staff 2 rooms were found when asked if they both had showers we were told only one did the other had a bath. Our room which I shared with my disabled friend had disabled...

The room I had booked more than 5 months ago was not ready when I arrived around 10 PM. Reception tried to blame booking.com and only after some argueing they asked us to wait 3 minutes and after more than 20 minutes(!) I asked what happened. It turned out that they sent someone up to fix a room. Reception then...

I booked two rooms for three nights in this 4 star hotel. We booked this hotel for the Monza F1 weekend because we was advised it was close to the train station which is one stop from Monza. The train station is over 1.5 miles away with no direct pathway to get their which isnt a problem if you can...

Arriving at the hotel on the Friday evening, check in was efficient and the room was pleasant enough. Comfortable beds, aircon & wifi. Going to the restaurant was a mistake. Even adjusting to European eating cultures, 1hr to get a drinks order taken, and then another 30 mins before it arrived, at the same time as the meal, which was...

Bad service in bar and restaurant. The staff only spoke italien and unable to communicate. We were not allowed to sit on the grass and drink vine in the sun. The vulcanocenter is in bad condition and looks like a scene from "walking dead". Only good thing is the beds and the lemoncake at breakfast. T

Nice rooms, near other places. However the staff is absolutley horrablie swearing at guests and no will at all to make there guests happy, i would only recomend if you don't have to interact with the staff.

We stayed in this hotel on our way to Venice. It is conveniently located near the highway but the parking can be a bit hard to find. In the end the parking is well protected in a close area under the hotel with direct access to the reception. It is also open 24h. We stayed during a really quiet time...

Hotel rooms comfortable, free Wi-Fi access in anywhere. Hotel lobby area big and comfortable. Located in Sesto San Giovanni, far away to Milan City. Hotel is set on the top floor of Centro Commerciale Vulcano, the shopping center is large, but for me nothing special to buy to eat and to see. I suggest if stay to hotel prepare some...

Arrived late and spend a night here. Quite peaceful and modern, rooms bigger than normal italian hotels. Good breakfast buffet and overall very good. Spent some time trying to discover how to switch bathroom light on until I realised there was a motion sensor over the door (that was open) and it only activates when opening or closing the door!
