Hotel was clean and efficient with friendly staff. Restaurant on premise was very limited and by no means "full service" but they did a great job on the complimentary breakfast which my family enjoyed each day before heading out,. Location is not in the city but was on outskirt of Boston; hotel shuttle to/from train was used when needed to...

I like the free breakfast and.... wait, that's it. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever encountered. Bed: I stayed here for a week and the bed was SO incredibly terrible that I (no joke) had to go to the doctor when I got home to deal with the back pain. Room: What's impressive is what they've done...

My son and I stayed here while visiting colleges. It was chosen for its proximity to the schools and for the price. The hotel rooms were adequate as was the complimentary breakfast. Some staff members were friendly and helpful while others seemed like they didn't want to be there. Some of the equipment in the gym was broken. The worst...

We stayed here for two nights while visiting my brother in Cambridge MA. I was with my two kids, my mom and my cousin who was off for the week from med school. The hotel is in a very busy part of the city as far as retail and supermarket shopping goes which isn't a bad thing. The hotel itself...

Above average hotel. Well kept up, within walking distance of a "T" subway stop. Hourly shuttles to Harvard Square as well. Adequate breakfast, if one doesn't mind scrambled eggs, pork sausage, and mediocre bagels. But the price is right, and the hotel staff seemed friendly.

The Tria is a hotel that offered a comfortable room with a nice breakfast. We have stayed here several times and like the rooms, the breakfast, the location close to the Alewife subway stop and even a shuttle to Harvard Square. The prices are fairly good for the Boston Cambridge area ($250 per night including taxes). The bathrooms could use...

This is a nice hotel. It was clean. The bathroom was small and was older but clean and in working condition. Our room was right by the elevator and we could hear a lot of hall noise. Other than that, it was a good value. I would stay there again. The complimentary breakfast and the shuttle service was great.

I stayed at the Best Western Tria in the Cambridge area for 2 nights and had a good stay. The room was a good size and bed comfortable. Linens were clean and well pressed and room generally clean. There was a well functioning AC unit in the room and all basic amenities covered. The closet was rather small and safes...

Took a few extra days on a business trip to see the sights of Boston. Let's be honest Boston hotels are out of my price budget at well over $250 a night. The great thing about this hotel is it is close (half mile) to the Red Line metro station "Alewife" and in a good neighborhood. The breakfast was decent....
