Vista Village is a beautiful place and a great location for a good vacation. Excellent service from the hotel manager. Everything is in order. There´s only one thing on the down side: be aware of (too expensive) extra costs for all extra things you do (like for laundry, tennis, sheets). If you do you will have a great stay att Vista Village!
Stayed for a week with my family in a 2 bed cottage. My brother and his family had a similar cottage. We both found the resort perfect. Lovey swimming pool kept in immaculate condition. Modern accommodation with modern air con, dishwasher and TV. On-site tennis court also very we'll maintained and secure. Helpful and friendly management with excellent English - thank you!
We stayed here for 2 weeks this summer in a good-sized appartment. Vista village is set on a hill with well-kept gardens, a bit outside the Porto San Paolo city centre. The accomodation is owned and runned by a nice friendly family. The appartment we had had a stunning seaview, looking at the island of Tavolara. The beach of Porto San Paolo is okay, but a stunning beach is only ~7 minutes drive away (Porto Istana). Be sure to rent a car when you stay here to get around, it can be parked on a private locked parking space. Only -minor- negatives are close proximity to the main road (some light traffic noise), and the fact that towels are not included in the rental, which add some extra costs. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay here again if we want to visit Sardinia!…
We spent 8 days this summer in vista-village in Porto San Paolo in Sardinia. We really enjoyed our stay. Porto San Paolo is a very good spot to spend some days at the seaside from which you can easily reach a lot of beautiful sites on the norther-east coast of the island. With a car you can also reach extremly beautiful beaches. Vista-Village is a family run resort which offers rooms as appartment versions with kitchen included and others as hotel model with breakfast and daily cleaning. We had the hotel version and really missed nothing except that breakfast could have offered more varies but since most of the guests stay in appartment version it was sufficient. The Village is really neat, clean and very tastefully designed and is situated a little uphill of the town which can be reached within 10 minutes of walk. The rooms were very clean, too, and some of them offer a really stunning view on Isola Tavolara. I think the village is even more beautiful than the website suggests and prices are fair. The hotel is run by the family Manetta which were very kind and helpful. This summer there were constructions being done next to the hotel (which were already in the final stage and should end soon) and since our room was close to that we asked for another room which we were given without any problems. All in all we really liked our stay in Vista-Village and we recommend that place. If we travel again to Sardinia we wil certainly spend some days again in Vista-Village.…
