We stayed a week at the hotel. The whole hotel is nicely built. Also the location of the hotel incl the pool area with sea view and nearby beach is really nice and the biggest surplus of the hotel. The quality of breakfast is okay, the selection is good. Dinner is good but too expensive. Unfortunately our room was smelling...

We hadn't planned to stay in Santa Teresa di Gallura during our trip to Sardegna, but were forced to due to weather conditions. We were supposed to take a ferry to Bonifacio in Corse, but couldn't, so we hsd to stay overnight. When looking for hotels we found this one. At first site it looked quite impressive. The staff were...

The location is great, the sea and beach beautiful! The quality of the food in the 2 restaurants is excellent and the staff is very friendly and professional. The issue is the rooms which are no more in line with the standards of a 5 stars hotel. Also Wi-Fi- access in the rooms is very limited.

Classic Mediterranean terraced hotel, with beautiful grounds, pool area, and common areas. Beachfront with access. Rooms are a little worn, but well kept and clean. Small refrigerator, hair dryer and that is about it. Wifi is so-so, probably depending where you room is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms overlooking the pool have perfect sunsets. Parking is very...

Just spent a few nights in this hotel. All about the spectacular views and location. The problem with this hotel is the food. Expensive but a million $ view. The dinner is highly overpriced at a fixed price for a 4 course dinner. All food is tasteless and not worth the 60 euros. The breakfast is okay and we did...

Claims a 5 star rating but beware - WiFi is lousy (and intermittent) - my room only had one electrical socket in it (there was one in the bathroom but it was a non-standard, incompatible fitting - no room service to speak of - not even sandwiches - these are all 'standard' requirements for a five star rating. In addition...

Nice location, nice view, fast check-in, phone is not working, slippers missing. Considering the high number of Colonna hotels in the island, one expects a very good service for the sake of their name but not. The hotel customers suffer from many service defects. Almost all hotel staff looks unhappy, hard to communicate with them. We wanted to cancel our...

We wish we had taken notice of the previous reviews - I would not rate this as a 5 star hotel, it is a 3 star at the very best. The website pictures of the rooms and the décor are misleading. This hotel is tired and dated and needs a complete refurbishment. Although we had B&B we did eat in...

To be honest the hotel was good in overall; nice staff and conditions were good. The rooms are clean but not as a 5 stars, your expectations of the rooms should be about a 4 stars hotel. The best part of the resort were the pools !! although the main point in Sardinia is going to the beach, in this...

They claim they are 5 star hotel. But the quality and service is so low, that I can’t possibly imagine how they’ve got those 5 stars at all, who gave them that and why?! If they have scary gym at the roof where all the machines are old and most not working and turn down service which includes just changing...
