Sataru is not bad, it's just overpriced. We paid the same per night price for a bigger and nicer room at the MUCH better Masseria degli Ulivi resort near Noto. Moreover, at Sataru (which I would not call a 'resort' btw) we were charged 19 euros for two glasses of wine and two small bottles of water with the one...

We have been there for 7 days. After some days in San Vito Lo Capo and deadly boring Southcoast, Sataru Resort near Castellamare del Golfo seemed to be a good Alternative due to short term availability, which wasn't as easy as we thought for a small Family: 2 adults, 1 Child and 1 Baby. 1// Resort is good located for...

This place is amazing. We felt right at home with our spacious rooms. The staff was kind and friendly. We enjoyed our complementary breakfasts with home made treats and fresh products. The pool was fantastic, refreshing, and clean with a great back drop of Sicily's mountains. Overall our stay was great. We enjoyed the relaxation away from the bustling town....

We needed a place to stay close to the airport the night before we were leaving and chose Sataru Resort based on reviews on Tripadvisor and booking.com. What a disappointment! This was the last of 10 nights in Sicily and without question the most basic - and most expensive place we stayed. First of all - this is not a...

Sataru resort was by far our best accomodation on a ten-day trip around Sicily. Once you enter the beautiful well taken care of garden you feel completely relaxed. Rooms are spotless, nicely decorated and well maintained on a daily basis. The swimming pool is marvelous, the view from there to the surrounding mountains is breathtaking. Breakfast exceeded all our expectations,...

After a dramatic delay and lost luggage the resort hosts stayed up late at night to solve the most urgent matters on our arrival. Next day they arranged a car because we couldn't pick up our own rental car on the airport. About the resort: everything was well maintained and proper. “6 of the rooms are in a wee courtyard with 4 then that are in a single row that back onto the courtyard but face away and towards the pool. Possibly the 4 are more private but to be honest they are all private and quiet so it wouldn't matter”
