Love this luxurious spacious quirky historic hotel. Value for money far better than Jefferson Hotel It definately has more to offer than others around and close to the Jefferson to enjoy their bar and also Pearly's for breakfast!.

I would never, ever return to this hotel. First of all, the main function of a hotel is to sleep, and that we were unable to do given the smoke alarm started chirping in the night. When we called the front desk, they said they had no idea when maintenance would come and hung up on us. I called back...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about the Linden Row Inn. On behalf of our entire team, we are extremely sorry for failing to deliver on multiple occasions. Our guests are our #1 priority, and there is absolutely no justification for the treatment you received during your stay. On that note, we have shared your experience...

First, I loved the location, room was for the most part above average, and I liked the actual space from the common areas to the cafe that is attached. Where I was most disappointed was in how the staff was not helpful during the check-in process. When I arrived, there was a line of guests waiting to check-in which was...

Thank you for your review. On behalf of all of us at the Linden Row Inn, we sincerely apologize for the confusion on parking caused by our Front Desk associate, and for the delay you faced when retrieving your vehicle. Your experience fell far short of the standards we set for ourselves, and so we have shared this review with...

Got room block pricing which was very reasonable. Our 3rd floor room was very large and quiet. The room was a little dated and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but the bathroom was great and everything you could possibly need was available including a fridge and microwave. We had an issue with our booking date(s) and it was rectified...

I stayed for one week at the Inn. It is in a very charming building with 70 rooms. Me and my colleague had two rooms, one on the 2nd and another on the 4th floor. The rooms were both big with a lot of space. The fireplace gave it a little bit of a mansion feeling, in one of the...

The first contact with Linden Row was doing the online reservation. It was easy! Speaking with the friendly staff about details via phone on our stay... parking after valet service hours was answered professionally. Greeted at the door by staff and then the desk, again, professional. Warm, friendly staff makes for a great impression in every contact we had during...

Not only is this a charming historic inn, but the staff are most welcoming and treat folks like family! The coffee pot is always "on" in the lobby---delicious and welcoming! The Urban Farmhouse is now open and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is simple and very good. Then the courtyard off the lobby is a wonderful bonus: great place...

I have stayed here several times. The parlour suites are extremely roomy and there are pocket doors which separate the living from sleeping rooms. This makes it easy to host a few guests for happy hour without having them see your bed. A recent addition is the urban market café on the lobby level. It serves yummy, locally grown food...

The atmosphere, room, furnishings....everything here is like a trip back in time to 1850. But there's a great indoor bathroom! We had a parlor suite and it was fabulous. The courtyard was lovely to sit and have coffee. Great staff, very helpful. And the location is great, we walked everywhere, but there was a hotel shuttle if we wanted it....

The property and facade are gorgeous. I think "quirky" definitely describes the experience. The property, at least the rooms I stayed in, definitely need some upgrades and TLC very soon. This could easily be a 5 star hotel with some investment from the owners, but it is in 3 star shape. I have always wanted to stay here based on...

Linden Row Inn is an award-winning 70-room boutique historic hotel located in the heart of Downtown Richmond. The hotel is comprised of seven row houses built in the mid-1800's, and meticulously restored over the years.
