I should have known by the weekend casual wear of the clerks it wouldn't be good. It was advertised as 2.5 stars I give it 1. The bathroom was clean The room was dusty, bedding dingy, you could see the stains on the mattress pad through the sheets, the was in mattress poor condition and the pillows were throw pillow forms in standard pillow cases. I felt unsafe with some of the weekly renters wandering around. They only accept cash and want $50 security deposit plus $3 service charge for online booking. I put the ironing board in front of the door for added security for the 20 or less minutes I was in the room. I couldn't stay there. I chose to drive 2.5 hours back home after not finding a decent room under $100 in the area. Beware on the sites that don't tell the hotel until after you pay. Luckily I got a refund since it was not as advertised.…

Clean and comfortable, though a bit shabby around the edges. Stained ceilings have been repainted but the stains bleed through a bit. Hallways are nicely papered and carpeted, lobby quite nice but elevators are old and unkept, TV's are right out of the '90's. In other words, not a luxury hotel, but it tries. The beds were comfortable, the room was well appointed and smelled decent. Gerald at the front desk was friendly and competent and made us feel quite welcome. We spent a pleasant night. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was easy to access, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable enough I guess, but there were more cons than pros in staying here. There were TINY pillows and no full size ones, which made no sense. The tub leaked. The temperature in the room was hard to control so we were either too hot or too cold. Also half the parking lot was blocked off so there was barely any parking available, with no explanation for why this was. The elevators were shaky and kind of frightening. Even on a budget, there are hotels that are better than this. Seek out those hotels and stay away from this one. NOTE: This hotel is actually three hotels in one, so I-64 hotel is the same hotel as this!

The staff here are friendly and more than willing to accommodate any reasonable need. The room was large, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Decent WIFI speed, comfortable bed, lots of hot water with good flow and pressure in the shower. This place will never be mistaken for the Peninsula or Raffles, but if you are looking for a good place to lay your weary head, you won't find a better deal than this.

We had 2 rooms that the ac did not work in. During a 2 night stay we had 3 different rooms because of this. I explained after the second room didn't have working ac that we have a diabetic child and he cannot be without ac because his blood sugar will drop. He had a horrific nose bleed due to the heat of the second room and his blood sugar fluctuations. Management informed us that the heat wouldn't affect our child that way. One of the rooms didn't have a trash can. The soap dish in each room was dirty from a previous guest laying soap in it. Each one had dried soap residue. The mirrors in each room were also dirty. The pool smelled like stagnate water. The sign on the wall said it was a chlorine pool but you couldn't smell chlorine.
