A friend recommended us just before our trip Antica Casa La Terza and we felt so lucky to find this charming place. Not just because it has great location: with car you can reach major tourist attractions and beautiful hidden sights as well – but the place itself: medieval house with lovely and cosy room and really comfortable beds. The... More

we spent a two week holiday in the north of Italy. We booked at ‘la terza’ for 2 nights and ended up extending our stay to 5 nights (we would have stayed longer, but they were already booked). Aside from the beautiful country side, and excellent location (5 min. from the motorway exit), this rustic house and the garden is... More

This was one of the best Bed and Breakfasts I've ever stayed at! Me and my family were biking through Italy and we had reservations here. We had one of the longest days of biking ever and we were disgusting and bedragled when we arrived at La Terza! The Conte family made us diner reservations and we ended up really... More

We booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 2 as Taffy and her entire family are just so lovely and hospitable. We were there with our 10 month old daughter and they went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. There's fresh bread and cake baked fresh every morning for breakfast, including... More

This is an excellent place to sleep. This is the best place to enjoy one's breakfast. We very much enjoyed talks with Taffy. Her advice on where to go and what to see - this is remarkable. Last but not least, we very much enjoyed walking and driving in the hills around the place.

What a wonderful surprise! Unfortunately we use different honey these days, since the lavender honey that we used to serve is no longer in production (the owner sold and moved – it was heart breaking...) but you can still get fresh tomatoes and fruit from the garden and the smell of freshly baked bread and cakes will still wake you... Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This is our home. it's a late 17th century Italian country house, made of stone, which we finished lovingly restoring in 2005. we kept every possible piece of history and put it back for you to enjoy while adding every modern comfort we could think of. It has a beautiful secluded privet garden with fruit trees, vines and flowers, which is our pride and joy. Here are some facts about our B&B:....- We're Less than 3 Km from the beautiful historical center of medieval Soave, which is dominated by a magnificent castle and still completely surrounded by it's original wall, which means that you get all the great restaurants and shops and markets, but it only takes you minutes to come back to the peace and quite of the country side.- we're very easy to reach, using properly paved roads, which means that you don't have to navigate scary narrow dirt roads (and damage your rental car) or follow complicated explanations to get here.- we're only 10 minutes drive (about 4 km.) from the motorway exit, which means that it's extremely easy, comfortable and fast, to get to and from the many famous tourist sites in the area.- although we're that close to the motorway – you'll never hear it, since the curves and hills of the country side are completely blocking the sound. which means that you can sit and drink wine in the garden or sun tan by the pool in complete peace and quite (unless of course Natalino starts practicing his opera verses or Francesco decides to play with his new tractor...) - we're surrounded by nature and vineyards, which means that you'll have to share the garden with birds (most notable of which is the barn owl and the crazy couple of cuckoo birds that are guaranteed to drive you crazy during the summer mornings...) a family of hedgehogs that live near the pool and our own dogs and cat occasionally. It also means that you can start your day by a lovely walk in some amazing views.- In our village, all with in a 5 minute walk, we have a very famous pizzeria, two local restaurants of traditional home cooked meals, a mini- market and a bar, which means that you don't have to get back into your car to get a great meal at the end of a long day.- every room has a private en suite with great water pressure in the showers and every room has a double, queen size orthopedic mattress , with extra pillows and air conditioning, which means that ...the dog will try to come and sleep in your room in the summer, so make sure you keep your door closed!...so, what are you waiting for? Come and visit, we'd love to have you. ... more   less
