Were in Manassas for a 4 day conference. Stayed here on recommendation of a local resident. What a delightful experience. Mark and Ann very gracious hosts. Very nice old home very near historic district. Large rooms, well appointed-good comfortable beds-internet works-Breakfast very very nice. Ann and Mark very accommodating on special food needs. Will definitely come back when in area.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, great breakfast, priced right, walk to old town Manassas. Uniquely furnished 1902 house. The Prescott Room was outstanding. We would gladly return. Virginia Railway Express and Amtrak serve Manassas, a better choice for transportation than driving the various interstates. It's a 10 minute walk from the train station to the B&B.

We really enjoyed our stay with Ann and Mark. Warm and cozy house with a porch that never ends. Breakfast was fabulous. A treat to walk to town to shop and dine. Jacob (their dog) is super cute. :) We were in town for Farmaid at Jiffy Lube Live only 8 miles away. Perfect spot!

We were recently in Manassas for a family wedding and decided to spend a part of it at Manassas Junction. Ann and Mark treated us like family. The room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfasts were so good. It's a short walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We will definitely stay here again when we...

It was a delightful B & B. However, we weren't prepared for the horrid traffic both in Manassas and between Manassas and DC. Having a little more experience under our belt, we would suck it up and stay in DC.

My husband and I recently stayed here for an overnight stay whilst visiting Manassas civil war site. We stayed in the very lovely Prescott Room which was spacious and comfortable. Ann and Mark are great hosts and breakfast was a fabulous affair using fresh and organic ingredients. The house is in a convenient location for walking into downtown Manassas for...

My wife and I stayed one night at Ann's and Mark's BnB and it was one of our best BnB experiences. Their home is a Queen Anne wonderfully decorated with intricate wood work and furnishings, but not a speck of dust anywhere. Unlike a lot of BnBs where you feel like you're in someone's attic, Ann and Mark's is a...

Stayed for one night while on our way to Charlottesville. The house is over 100 years old and has been renovated nicely while still retaining the original charm of an old home. We had the Prescott room which was nice size with its own private bathroom. The room was nicely appointed and contained a lot of information about the Civil...

We stayed one night here and wished we had stayed longer. A warm welcome, lovely rooms with loads of character, hot water and a wonderful breakfast. The muffins were particularly good but the whole lot set us up for the day. Fresh asparagus from the owners garden in a frittata was really tasty. Loads of reading material in the rooms,...

My husband and I stayed three nights while visiting friends and family in the area. The Prescott Room is lovely, with one of the comfiest beds I've been in. The breakfasts are tasty and filling - cooked to order with fresh muffins, fruit, eggs, etc. The Hempens are warm, entertaining, and knowledgable about the area - we were also welcomed...
