My wife and I work together and had to be in Atlanta for one day of business. We decided to turn it into a long weekend and as we have stayed at the Waldorf Buckhead before, we selected it once more. We had an excellent stay again. All the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. The valets were great and we were so wonderfully looked after at breakfast by Chernel and Acham. We ate 4 breakfasts there and thoroughly enjoyed them and the service we received was very good. So polite and professional! We also enjoyed Cooper at dinner who was also a wonderful waiter.

Our safe ceased to work and we called down to ask for assistance. In a moment both hotel security and maintenance was there and solved the problem so quickly. We give the hotel an excellent review as the staff deserves the highest rating. On this trip we stayed at two other Waldorf Astoria hotels and each was good but the Buckhead location was the finest when it comes to professional and helpful service.

We also enjoyed the afternoon tea, Both Muhammad and Acham were fabulous. Thank you very much!

We booked a Deluxe King Room for our Anniversary. We arrived an hour early and the staff gladly checked us in despite a full hotel. They upgraded us up to the 15th floor due to our 15 year anniversary. All the staff was extremely pleasant and very nice. The room was impeccable and within 5 min of being in the room, they delivered complimentary chocolates and champagne. Overall a top class experience.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and exceeded all of my expectations. I was greeted immediately as soon as I stepped through the front doors, I was offered water while checking in and my bags were taken from me and up to my room so I could be more comfortable waiting to check in. The front desk agents were very helpful and professional, they were always checking in with me to make sure I was okay. I visited the bar and the bartender was amazing. She was friendly, kind, and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned spotless and disinfected the right way. Room service was excellent, management and other employees were very nice and welcoming as well. The doormen were kind and helpful with city suggestions and engaged in conversation while I was waiting for rides. It did not feel like I was in a hotel, it felt more like a home away from home. I look forward to visiting again and definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

While traveling by car from Florida back Home to Toronto, my Family and I wanted a nice hotel to stay at for a good night sleep. (Coronavirus was in full effect). We called Hilton Honors and booked 2 double queen rooms 1 for my parents whom are in their eighties and the other for my wife, daughter and me . When we arrived the hotel was a ghost town not one person in sight. Upon checkin we were told that they don’t have 2 double queens available but they would send a rollaway complimentary I was disappointed but could live with it. All the restaurants were closed which was disappointing but I could live with that. Pool was closed and I could live with that as well, given the circumstances of the corona virus. Rooms are ok for a Waldorf view was terrible looking at an apartment building and we were on the top floor. But the biggest disappointment came when we tried to sleep. First off was the Rollaway it literally squeaked every move my daughter made. But the real disappointment was being awakened by the smell of old dog coming from the sheets not sure if it was the pillow or the duvet or both. Upon check out I mentioned that I don’t mind paying exorbitant amount for a good night sleep but I don’t expect a squeaky rollaway or ato be awoken by a bed that smells like a dog! The desk clerk mentioned she would speak to the manager Carlos and he would get back to me that afternoon. He never called after a few days I called back and spoke with another desk clerk who told me Carlos the manager would call me in the morning. Still no call!
The biggest disappointment is when I called Hilton Honours they told me the manager would get back to me within 3 business days. Still no reply 8 business days later.
Shame on you Waldorf and Hilton I believe the guest deserves better!!!
Truth is I would have had a better sleep at the holiday in than the Waldorf in Atlanta!!!

This was our first time staying but definitely not our last. Chereka at the front desk was so nice. We stayed in room 1214 which had a terrace off the living room and a terrace off the bedroom. I have never had a softer hotel robe. I loved the television in the bathroom to keep me company while doing my hair. The hotel was nice and quiet. You will see that they take social distancing very seriously being sure not to let more than 2 people on the elevators at a time, removing menu's however allowing you to view all information on your phone. The gym was so nice and clean. In the gym you will find every piece of equipment you need for an excellent workout as well as hand sanitizer for your personal use and sanitizer for cleaning the machines when you are done with your workout. However the best part of our stay that will make us return hands down was Giovanni. This young man loves his job and you can see the sincerity in his eyes and feel it when he talks to you. He was so sweet to bring us a bottle of wine and truffles for our anniversary. We were happy to see him again when we checked out. We will definitely stay again so we can try room service, the spa and see Giovanni again!

My husband and I live outside of Atlanta and decided to have a night on the town to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. We originally booked a suite at a different hotel and were completely disappointed by the quality of the suite and front desk service. After deciding we could not stay there, we called the Waldorf and were quickly taken care of with a room reservation for our special night. We arrived to the Waldorf minutes later and immediately greeted by the most welcoming staff, from the valet team to the front desk staff. My husband and I specifically want to thank Angelo Turner for making the check in process an absolute pleasure. He acknowledged our frustrations at our previous hotel and graciously upgraded our room which just made our night after having such an ordeal at the previous property. Angelo was just an absolute pleasure to chat with as we checked in. We even had the same pen—a sleek rose gold pen with a diamond at the top. As we wrapped up, I requested champagne flutes, glasses, and ice to be brought to our room. As we arrived in our room, it felt like home. The decor, the layout, the attention to detail was amazing. Minutes after our arrival, Angelo himself arrived with our requested items and a huge smile on his face wishing us a fabulous night. Every time we came through the lobby, the doorman asked if we needed any assistance with travel and promptly opened doors to our Uber rides. Because of the covid pandemic, the usual amenities (coffee/tea/eating utensils) were missing but immediately brought up by staff upon request. Each and every staff member who came by our room was very courteous and professional. Our night was spectacular! The bed is heavenly!!! The next morning, we had a late checkout which was a seamless process by Chareka Marcus. She was very warm and appreciative of us choosing the Waldorf to celebrate our anniversary. I just can’t express my gratitude enough for the impeccable service and phenomenal accommodations we experienced at the Waldorf Astoria. An initially negative experience was completely erased by your kindness and professionalism. We will certainly be back!

This was my first business travel in COVID. I appreciated how clean everything was and that all the staff wore masks and provided them if clients came in without them. The food was very good for the group and the cocktails were particularly fabulous from the bar. I also appreciated the outdoor eating area.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby I was offered bottled water along with a warm welcome greeting by the staff. It’s the small things that stand out and I was very please with the service and professionalism I received from all staff members especially Miss Ifeoma Amachree. After viewing the room that I previously booked I was not excited about my stay. Once I expressed this to Miss Amachree she politely explained my options and recommend something more suitable. I was very happy with her recommendation. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the entire property, from the pool to the cafe, and outside garden area. This hotel definitely raised the bar. My highlight was definitely the customer service that I received from the valet, the front desk, the concierge, the cafe staff, and housekeepers. Everyone played their part, seemed to be happy at work and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be returning. Every meal exceeded my expectations, my only critique would be to expand the variety of the food/menu options. There was a small disturbance in an adjacent room, once I notified Miss Brielle Smith she was able to resolve the matter very quickly. I appreciate good service and that’s exactly what sets this property apart. Kudos to you all!

Good hotel in Atlanta, provides excellent service. Food is very good, employees are friendly, and overall feeling of the hotel is excellent. Would return if I am in the area.

Previous reviews mentioned that Diamond member get $15 per breakfast and its barely enough to cover coffee and pastry, real breakfast is closer to a $25. Considering that it was mentioned by other reviews and nothing been done seems like they prioritize to squeeze as much as possible out of their guest.

Valet was great. Helped me with my bags, brought the cart to the front desk and went to park my car. I checked in about 3:30 pm. Front desk staff were friendly. They gave me my key and said my bags would be delivered soon.

In the room there was info on in-room dining but only gave info on the three daily meals. Nothing about snacks and drinks. I had a dinner event later so really wanted an appetizer or two while I was getting ready. I called the front desk. They said dinner service started at 5 pm but Room Service for appetizers and drinks would start at 4 pm. The valet who brought my luggage to the room confirmed that 4 pm start.

At 4 pm I began calling Room Service. No answer. No VM. I tried calling the front desk. No answer. No VM. I tried the concierge line. No answer. No VM. I tried intermittently calling all of these lines until 4:40 pm when I just gave up. I guess 4-5 pm is break time for all staff 🤷‍♀️?

Went to my dinner event and stopped by the bar for a nightcap to take to my room. Very good Old Fashioned and service.

Room itself was spacious. Decor ok. But OH MY GOSH the pillows. Terrible. Thinnest things ever and smelled like an old man. 🤢💔

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel, nor did we utilize their facilities. I would call the hotel for the up to date answer to your question.

Dear Guest, Valet parking is an access-controlled parking garage and accessible only to the dedicated valet staff. The structure is not a shared structure nor opens to the public.
