We have just returned from a week all inclusive. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are BASIC but clean and could we think do with a little updating. The beds seem to be twins and one bedroomed. Sofa was very uncomfortable. TV is all in Spanish except Discovery channel and news. Club room isn't really big enough for the...

We stayed at the Tropical from the 7th to 14th June 2013. We knew what thr hotel looked like as we had previously stayed next door. For the money we paid you really couldn''t go wrong. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. The 1 bedroom apartments have everythign you need -including a kettle and flatscreen TV! Ok, so...

Just spent a week at this hotel. The hotel is basic and tired. Very friendly and helpful staff. A shortage of sunbeds and bar pool not open. It was good having free internet access in the reception area.

This was our second trip to the Tropical over Christmas and the New Year. One of the attractions was the Gala meals but they are no longer doing them. The facilities are looking a bit worn though all public areas kept meticulously clean. The meals were fine with extra effort made on Christmas night and New Years Eve. Staff are...

The staff in this hotel are excellent polite and helpful, but the rest is dim. The food is awful unless you like salad, we tried very hard to find something we liked but after a few days of the same luke warm food you become dispondant, it may be a cheap hotel but when you have to go out and...

The hotel doesn't look much when you first get there but we knew we were going to a 3* hotel for a cheap week in the warm. We got a taxi from the airport and after a quick 10 minute journey costing €8 we arrived. Check in wax very quick and we were in our room within 10 minutes. The...

We got back last week from a 10 day stay at this hotel, we stayed at a Globales Hotel in Majorca last year and would have gone back there again had I not read recent reviews with a number of guests having suffered stomach upsets. I thought we would try a hotel from the same group rather than take a...
