The hotel is located in a very charming place right next to the beach. It has a private descent, which is a huge plus.
The hotel is large and sometimes you can get lost in it, but the staff is happy to help and advise.
The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly every day. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Perhaps people complaining about cleanliness did not leave tips, which for me is a must in every hotel.
The food is very diverse and varied. Let's not forget that it is a different country and different traditions. Therefore, not everyone will like everything.
Daily animations and the care of animators meant that we were not bored. Beautiful views from every corner of the hotel.
We paid extra for a room with a sea view and I recommend this option to everyone. Thanks to this, we could watch the animations from the balcony when our daughter wanted to go to sleep.
Every day after the animations, there is a party on the pier that lasts until 1-2 am. The balcony windows are very tight and make sure that loud music is heard.
The rooms are equipped with working and cooling air conditioning.
Minibar included in the price - replenished daily. [When tipping the cleaning lady, the minibar is replenished with additional drinks and juices].
The room also has tea and coffee making facilities. Cups and glasses are also provided.
The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is large and well-equipped.
We will definitely return to this hotel.

We rested with a friend at the Azura Hotel from May 27 to June 3. The staff is polite and friendly. We arrived at the hotel in the evening at 10 o'clock, the restaurant was already closing, but they fed us deliciously. We were placed in a room on the fifth floor, the room was cozy, large, and clean. The area is well maintained. The food is good, there is a lot of choice. Very good entrance to the sea, sand on the beach. There are swimming pools for both children and adults, but this was of little interest to us, since we only rested by the sea. The only drawback I can note is that the hotel is located near a highway with very heavy traffic. We had a room with a view of both the road and the sea, so in the morning the balcony was closed so that the noise from the road would not interfere with our sweet dreams.

I would like to celebrate your check-in! We arrived at night and were given delicious food. The first hotel where a restaurant with delicious food was open at night, we didn’t have to go to bed hungry from the road. The hotel is beautiful, although small. The rooms are clean, modern, well renovated, good noise insulation from the street and the quietest air conditioners! Cleaning every day, towels changed daily. Very tasty food, delicious cocktails on the beach, near the pool. There is also a 24-hour bar. The animation is excellent, I went to Larisa for yoga, to Diana for water aerobics and, of course, played water polo. Good programs in the evening. Artists are invited. I would like to note as a big plus: the disco is located on the pier, so the noise does not disturb those who want to go to bed early to rest. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

The positives first: Great animation team. Great staff at reception. Great staff at the pool. Great pool.
Special praise goes to the lovely people from the animation team: Vildan, Eda, Furkan and Meric. And the lovely young man who provides the loungers is in a class of his own - he got us loungers every day under the blazing sun when we were running late.
Now for the not so great things: the food is unfortunately not that great... 5/10 maybe - but the effort is noticeable.
I didn't like the beach at all, dirty - so I didn't go into the sea. This beach is definitely not for those who want to see what's below them.
It's not a pure family hotel and not a pure adults hotel. This is reflected in the mood of the guests. Families complain and so do single people. There are no club visits with the entertainers and anyone who wants to sit outside on the terrace and laugh after midnight is in the wrong place.
We had a room with mold for the first few days until we were able to get a change :) With 5 stars you don't expect mold or a musty smell.
We don't recommend the hotel.

Third day of a stay we saw COCKROACH in the restaurant where bread and soups were served. Next day we saw another already dead cockroach near the kitchen entrance. Our room was in the 7th floor. Fourth day there was SNAKE in the corridor that got in to other room where people were sleeping. We rushed to the reception to report the snake, but it took them 10-15 min to start doing something. Simply because they didn’t believed, until I showed them video. What if snake had bitten guests that stayed in that room? Reaction time was too slow. We had several conversations with guest relations, and they just offered us cheap alcohol free sparkling wine. Also in hotel shop we bought Turkish delight sweets with worms inside it (saw it when we came back home) Overall it was disgusting, disappointing. Would never ever recommend Azura deluxe hotel to anyone.

I will try to briefly describe my impressions of the Azura Deluxe Hotel.
This hotel was chosen by the whole family for several reasons.
First of all, we planned to gather the whole extended family from Germany and Russia to hold the solemn part of my wedding with my wife.Twenty-two people close to us arrived to celebrate the event.
Secondly, this hotel has already been visited by people we know, convincing us that we're going to like it.
So:I'd like to immediately dissuade you from trying to organize something in this hotel, save your nerve and plan a celebration outside.
If you do decide to travel this difficult path, I strongly recommend contacting Guest Relation Lyudmila, a very sympathetic and sensitive woman. Unfortunately, she fell ill the day after our arrival. Much to our regret, we had to negotiate with her "colleague" Tatiana.
When talking to Tatiana, we realized that all plans had collapsed and it was unlikely that the ceremony would take place. The conversations took place every morning for three days, during which time my wife was reduced to tears 2 times.Tatiana did not solve our questions, but complicated every item in our plan. Then I realized why she does it, it is simple.Solving complex problems is "extra service".Tatiana's favorite word: "extra"
Our negotiations have become a bargain:
“If you don’t pay for it, you pay for something else”
Tatiana found more and more paid solutions for our celebration, with every attempt to refuse the "extra service" because in the hotel "all inclusive" why we pay for alcohol at the bar next to which the ceremony will be, we only encountered boorishness and new attempts to rip money off us.
In the end, all that had to be paid for, we paid for the ceremony to take place and two large families (remind us there were 24 people) could celebrate the event for which they flew.
As for the hotel, staff, food, etc.
Hotel rooms 6 out of 10
Plumbing requires prevention, badly turned on tropical shower due to clogs. No air conditioning worked.
Waiters, bartenders 8 out of 10
The guys try to serve the guest well.
Food 9 out of 10
A very large range of dishes. Everyone will choose their favorite, I assure you they will be found.
Hotel holidays liked, good location and everything necessary for leisure is available.
Thanks for reading my review!

We rested in this hotel with my family from 05/23/2024 to 05/29/2024, everything was wonderful. I chose the hotel myself, since I worked in tourism as a guide and know all the hotels in Alanya from the inside. Mom and sister were in Turkey for the first time and had wonderful impressions about the country and the holiday in general. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help in all matters. We were checked in ahead of schedule; at 9:00 we were already in our room. Cleanliness, order, comfort and care are all about Azura Deluxe Avsallar. I would like to note the guest relations of the girls, they are professionals in their field. In particular, I had the opportunity to talk with Lyudmila, she is very attentive to the guests, as well as the waiters and housekeeping of the hotel. I wish this hotel a good tourist season and many satisfied guests.

My friend and I went on holiday to this hotel. I liked everything very much, we checked in almost immediately upon arrival, the staff is very polite and helpful, the hotel is clean, the room is cleaned every day, there is a hammam. The food was varied and tasty, but there was no seafood except fish. In general, the atmosphere is very inviting, every evening there are different animations, during the day there is volleyball, tennis, and water gymnastics. Group classes were held in the gym. The location of the hotel is also excellent, on the first line, there is a pier, there is a stop nearby, you can go to Alanya, the journey will take 30-40 minutes. I recommend visiting
