The hotel is amazing without a doubt, everything is super clean. The city called Avsallar is extremelly close to the hotel where you can go for shopping. The staff is very helpful and supportive. I would definitely like to come back to it again.

Third day of a stay we saw COCKROACH in the restaurant where bread and soups were served. Next day we saw another already dead cockroach near the kitchen entrance. Our room was in the 7th floor. Fourth day there was SNAKE in the corridor that got in to other room where people were sleeping. We rushed to the reception to report the snake, but it took them 10-15 min to start doing something. Simply because they didn’t believed, until I showed them video. What if snake had bitten guests that stayed in that room? Reaction time was too slow. We had several conversations with guest relations, and they just offered us cheap alcohol free sparkling wine. Also in hotel shop we bought Turkish delight sweets with worms inside it (saw it when we came back home) Overall it was disgusting, disappointing. Would never ever recommend Azura deluxe hotel to anyone.…

Azura has everything who can u want.. I'm impresion very for staff good friendly because in everytime help to guests for food,coctails,and accommodation.. Im was feeling perfect as at my home.. Thank you so much.. See you in next year at same hotel 🫶.

We have honestly had the best time in this hotel, I want to say a big Thankyou to vildan for everything she has done. She not only made us have the best time but was amazing with the kids. She has honestly made our holiday. We had lots of entertainment throughout the day and night, because of her we would come back. 10/10 service. Food and hotel was amazing highly recommended staying here

We spent a week there and it was amazing! The whole atmosphere and the stuff was really nice. The animation team kept us busy the whole day. They were really friendly and understanding ( especially Vildan). Everything was amazing! I truly loved every second of it! 100000% recommend this place!

Possitives: - the hotel is clean, has everything needed all in one place - the majority of staff are welcoming & helpful - free massage was a nice added touch - staff speak multiple languages to accommodate all geusts - evening entertainment is varied and good - mini club staff were great with children and run their club throughout the day - beach is clean and kept tidy - food is varied and runs throughout the day Negatives - rooms could do with some updating - ice cream is not available throughout the whole day & children particularly are wanting this - no cold water offered in coffee area only warm bottles, when requested cold water staff were rude & then continued to be throughout our stay as we questioned why this wasn’t available - the animation team as a whole are amazing , however one individual (asiye) made many men & their partners feel uncomfortable with her continuous flirting & unprofessional persona to men. This lack of professionality and respect to geusts is inappropriate especially when children are present when inappropriate dancing and behaviours were shown - food appeared to give our family bad stomachs towards the end of the holiday Overall a good place to stay, but we have preferred other hotels in Antalya …

Everything was perfect. The location is very beautiful, clean, luxurious. The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything you need and beautiful. Grade 10 cleanliness. very good food and plenty of it! Very kind staff and attentive to details. I recommend with love!

Very nice. We were there for the first time and we were delighted with the location, impeccable cleanliness, very good and varied food and all the very friendly staff. Our stay 13-20 since first moment we were feeling welcomed. Hotel nice and deluxe rooms with side view is cosy and clean. Room was cleaned every morning and towels every day clean. Towels for beach clean. Nice Spa. Pool is big attraction was good for daughter 5years old. Food was delicious thank you chef. Also restaurant downstairs at the beach was very good. Many cocktails at a pool. Opposite is small shopping center. What I do not recommend to visit shop with gold, I feel they cheated on us with a ring. From hotel they arranged taxi to golden shop, but they were to push.
