Just prepare your suitcases, come to Bolu and find this wonderful place. Sakintepe is located just fifteen minutes away from the city center. Actually, it’s not easy to narrow down the long list of reasons to visit Sakintepe, but I will try to write it down shortly. Even if you're just naturally a bad singer (like me), I am sure...

We've spent many weekends at Sakin Tepe and have enjoyed getting away from life in the city to relax in the beautiful mountains of Bolu. The cabins are clean and cozy, the staff is helpful and friendly, and nature is right outside your door. The wood-burning fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere.

Been there twice in spring time and winter. This place is charming thanks to beautiful nature, friendly staff and even more friendly dogs :) bbq outside and a nice fireplace available indoors. Activities include tracking, sledge in winter time geocaching and a play area for kids. Furniture in the living room is quite outdated.

Akin, I am so glad that you were able to enjoy Sakintepe in both the Spring and the Winter, as both have their own beautiful advantages to visiting. We are looking forward to you visiting in the fall! It is by far one of the most spectacular times at Sakintepe with the leaves turning bright oranges and red. Come visit...

Great self contained cottages - very warm and comfortable. None of this quasi-camping in a shack that my husband and I have come to expect in Turkey's nature-loving joints. With under-floor heating, fire place, bbq, comfortable beds, great linen and towels we found the cottage very comfortable. Brad and Ruth were very friendly and helpful hosts. We will return. We...

Sakintepe is the place to get away and enjoy nature and the company around you. Being surrounded by forests, mountains, and no city lights at night makes this the ideal place to escape the city and have quality time with friends and/or family. You do have to buy your own food and supplies on the way up to Sakintepe, but...

We've been coming to Sakintepe off and on for several years and have thoroughly enjoyed the restful, natural atmosphere it exudes. It lies about 20 minutes on a mountain north of Bolu, a good ways away from any civilization (there is a village about 1km away). It is a perfect location for children of all ages, safe enough for toddlers,...

Stayed only a day there and never wanted to leave to go back to my home. Very clean facilities, with friendly and helpful owners. Will definitely come back soon to stay longer. Everything they advertise on their web site was there and even more. Mufit Taygun Zehir

After spending a year stuck in the big city, spending a few days at Sakintepe was a true breath of fresh air for body, mind, and soul. Our cabin looked out over forested hills and we spent the days hiking, grilling, and relaxing to the sound of songbirds. The cabins were nice and we enjoyed sitting around the wood fire...

Our family lives in Ankara, and Sakintepe provided a wonderful haven from the big city. The view of the mountains is gorgeous, and each cabin is suitable for large families. We have 4 children, and there was plenty of sleeping space. The kitchenette was well-stocked, and a grill was provided for our cabin. This is the perfect place to "get...
