with the few negative reviews. We were never pressured by staff to eat at the hotel and we were never made to feel uncomfortable. So you have to buy toilet paper/water,it’s self catering for heaven’s sake and it’s so cheap anyway. Place was spotlessly clean with hand sanitisers dotted around. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, bringing drinks to your table/sun-bed and were always happy to have a chat as well. Food was good, lovely pool. Usual 6am towel brigade but to be expected nowadays but we always got beds. Short walk to nearest bars/restaurants,beach a bit of a walk but easily manageable and plenty of pit stops. We had room 206 in the new block, lovely view of the pool and worth getting that floor if you can. Wasn’t much evening entertainment but that’s due to COVID-19 and not the hotel and my only criticism is the Wi-fi needs improving so we went out most nights but always spent time at the hotel bar when we got back as almost everyone there was friendly and chatty. The amount of return visitors speaks for itself,we’re probably going back next year as well. A brilliant eleven nights, gutted when we had to leave. P.S. Please remember there’s a tips box on the bar,I know it’s personal choice but they work so hard to make your stay enjoyable and I’m sure they appreciate it.

Just had a lovely relaxing week here. We were a family of four and we normally go to all inclusive hotels in the Antalya area however booked this last minute for a change

Hotel room was very clean - new towels and cleaned every day. We were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the pool

We ate at the hotel for breakfast and lunch and all of our meals were very nice and very reasonably priced

Staff - especially Yousaf and one of the young boys - were very friendly and extremely helpful

We would definitely return here at some point for a relaxing week

Just back from a fabulous 7 days vacation in Ichmeler Turkey and stayed at the fabulous Bilnur Apartments, which were beautifully maintained clean and tidy. My apartment was a superior one on the 3rd floor. If you suffer from vertigo or are physically challenged these rooms are not for you as the narrow spiral staircase is one to behold. I nearly lost my footing several times due to feeling dizzy (no I wasn't drunk). Having a toaster and a 2 ringed burner in room was lovely to make simple breakfast or light lunches. I found the a/c too cold for me at night even on lowest setting. It was great having a TV to keep track of news back home and also for the music channel. I got my phone wet whilst on a trip and couldn't get in touch with my family who were concerned. TUI tried several times to get in touch with the hotel for a wellness check on me but couldn't get through, eventually I spoke to Rep explained my dilemma and they contacted my family. I would of loved to rate the hotel 5* but my issue is with guest reserving sunbeds and then leaving to go out for the day leaving several sunbeds unoccupied. I also had my towel removed from my sunlounger and flung near a bush. When I approached the guest on my bed and asked about my towel she was rude and disrespectful and pointed to another bed. I spoke to a young member of staff and he just shrugged shoulders and went about serving guests. I get you have the same guests (loyal ones) who come year after year but you should also think about the new ones coming and spreading the word how wonderful your establishment is. Would I come again a big fat YES! Please do take into consideration the reserving of sunbeds. If guest are not on the beds for less than 30mins they forfeit the bed and their belongings are put to the side unlike my towel which was on the floor.

"I'm delighted to hear that you had a fabulous vacation at Bilnur Apartments in Ichmeler, Turkey. It's great to know that the apartments were well-maintained and clean. Your experience in the superior room on the 3rd floor sounds comfortable, although the narrow spiral staircase might be challenging for those with vertigo or physical limitations. Having in-room amenities like a toaster and a 2-ring burner for breakfast and light lunches is a plus. It's unfortunate that you found the air conditioning too cold at night, and I can understand how that might be uncomfortable. It's good to hear that the hotel had a TV and that TUI was able to assist you when you had issues with your phone. It's important to stay connected, especially when you're far from home. I appreciate your feedback regarding the issue with guests reserving sunbeds and not using them for extended periods. It can be frustrating when this happens, and I understand your concerns about ensuring fairness for all guests. Hopefully, the hotel management can address this issue to enhance the overall experience for everyone. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and your willingness to return to Bilnur Apartments in the future. Your feedback is valuable, and it's great to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. We hope to welcome you back soon!"

We have just returned after 11 days staying at the Bilnur appts. We had room 102 and it was really lovely and very spacious, it was in the old block just behind the pool and was lovely and shaded and lots of room to move around. our maid kept it spotlessly clean and often left us fresh fruit and flowers which was so kind of her.
All the staff went out of their way to make sure we were having a great holiday nothing was too much trouble for them, especially Yusef who called us his “posh Scousers” last but not least is a big thank you to the Chef who did the best Sunday roast dinners ( even better than mine) all his meals were delicious . Yes it could be quite noisy but it was the sound of people enjoying themselves, we would definitely return best wishes to all at the Bilnur Anne & Ray

Well, where do I start. From the 1st day of arrival was amazing, which also was my first trip to Turkey. As soon as we were dropped off to the Bilnur, we were greeted by hotel staff, taking our bags to the room, showing us how to work aircon, making sure we were looked after which continued throughout the entire holiday. Having kids, the staff ensured we had umbrellas for them to be shaded from the sun daily, food was unbelievable and nothing was too much of an ask for the staff. A great location being only 10/15 min walk from busy bars, beach etc but far enough away that we weren’t disturbed by any nightlife noise. At our time of leaving, the entire hotel staff came out to wave us off and also help with suitcases etc - genuinely had the best time and already looking forward to next year. Ten out of ten from me for sure!!

When we arrived late at night, bedding and towels were missing from the room. On another occasion after the room was cleaned, no towels were even put back in our room. The apartments are very small for a family of four. At night, music plays extremely loud until midnight with no consideration for those with young children and those who like a quiet relaxing evening. The pool area is clean but busy. The people who own the apartments are very friendly and the food and drink they serve is very good. Air condition and a key safe is £55 extra. If you are looking for a cheap holiday, enjoy loud music/football blaring out during day and don't mind a slightly small apartment, this place is for you. The walk to the beach takes around 15 minutes. There are loads of genuine fake shops to spend your money in. Take plenty of pounds as they prefer £ to their own currency.

Good points…. Lovely pool, friendly staff (especially the young lads not the bar manager so much),location ok.

Not So Good Points…. Aircon only in bedroom so if someone sleeps in living area it’s to hot, sofa bed rock hard!, no lift so my 70 year old mum struggled with 3 flights of stairs in 30+ degree heat, you have to pay for toilet roll at £1.50 a roll we bought 4 from supermarket for less than that! The bar manager is only friendly if you spending money in the bar otherwise he doesn’t talk to you! Also it’s self catering but there is only a single hob so wouldn’t be able to cook much.

Overall was an ok apartment but we wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Thank you for your comment. First of all, all aparments in İçmeler they have only 1 aircon in bedroom side of the room , this is the standart not only us, as for the lıvıng area beıng too hot, there are two sıdes of a wındow that open to let fresh aır ınto the bedroom. Also, wc roll or shampoo all are not included in the price we dont say you have to buy from us. You can buy from cheap shops. The hobs, ıf needed you could of asked the manager or even just the staff to change from a sıngle hob to a double and our manager does everythıng he can to keep all customers happy wıthın our premıses.

Wow, we have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks staying at the Bilnur. First time in Turkey as a family and its been fabulous everyday. We stayed on the 3rd floor with pool view, the room was very clean, was cleaned and towels changed on a regular basis. The bar and waiting staff were just a joy, lots of smiles, dancing and nothing too much trouble. We had a fab BBQ night with entertainment and then a pool party, it was so much fun. Plenty of sunbeds, umbrella's to shade and a huge variety of food and drinks. Great location to walk into the centre, pretty much straight and flat from the apartments. Also a scatter of restaurants and supermarkets 2 mins walk. All the staff are a credit to this place, they even take the time to wave you good bye. Would return 100% :-)

Great staff, really friendly people! Brilliant service and lovely food. Manager and bar staff cannot do enough for all customers who enter the apartments even if it is just for one evening for food, from start to finish they don’t stop their hard work! Bedrooms, have an air con in the main bedroom and even a sofa bed for extra people with a window to cover for the air con in the main room, which is needed in the heat!! If you have a problem they will always find a way to solve it, which I think is what most hotels are missing! Overall just a lovely place to have your holiday and a fantastic atmosphere. Thank you for an amazing time!
