Review for bar/ restaurant. Frequented by ex pats has a friendly atmosphere especially on pub quiz night. On that night it gets very busy and the kitchen struggles to cope. If you don't mind waiting it's fine but first time we went and ordered kebabs we were so disappointed with what arrived just little bits of chicken on 2 small...

Just back from 2 weeks at a 4 bed apartment at the complex. Apartment was spotless and huge , the 3 pools brilliant for my 4 kids and the Morning Star bar equally spotless and serving good quality food at very reasonable prices. This establishment used to be an hotel. It is now apartments with a bar and restuarant. I have stayed in this great place when it was an hotel and now live here in one of the apartments. It has just been refurbished and it looks really great it is a meeting point for ex-pats with a free quiz night on...

I have never stayed at the Morning Star but I am a Saturday night regular and have enjoyed Xmas Day, New Year's Eve and many a meal there. Apo and Ibo are excellent hosts and can't do too much for you. Friday night fish and chip special is a bargain at 14 tl with a drink.. the Tuesday night quiz...

This place is now mainly set up with long term British expats renting apartments from the longstanding owners - three brothers - Apo, Ramadan and Ebor. The Morning Star is not really a hotel anymore , it is more like your local Pub and a great place it is too, frequented by the British Locals and tourists alike , the staff/owners are so helpful so if you want to know anything just ask them , the Food/Menu is basic but good and on fridays its fish...

I went to ovacik and stayed at The Morning Star for 14 days Apo was an excellent patron Attentive and often giving help and advice on where to go etc Food good accommodation fine. The price was great and I will be able to go twice for the cost of a spanish or greek holiday Hope Turkey stays out of...

Too busy watching football to care whether we actually enjoyed our food or not, very basic food, don't ask for a sauce cos they just ignore you

Loved this hotel, area and people so much I bought an apartment next door !! Apo & his brothers Ramadan and Ebo run the Morning Star very well and have been a great help to us when we are there!! we always have a great time there, the food is EXCELLENT !! and very good value and quality - chicken...

I have been going to the morning star for at least eighteen years you could not find a more friendly family than Apo- Ebor and Ramadam and not forgeting thier dear mum.
