We had a wonderful two day at the Grove to celebrate my wife`s birthday. All the staff were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble they went out of their way to please us especially Stewart who accommodated all our requests with patience and understanding. Our cabin was perfect, clean and very warm due to the under floor heating. We...

We stayed for one night in Room 1 in the main house. The room was light, clean and relaxing with everything you could need. We ate in the restaurant where the food was excellent; one of the best meals we have ever had. We especially appreciated the service - welcoming and friendly without ever being intrusive. Would highly recommend this...

This place is very beautiful indeed, however we didn't expect to be on a busy main road! The land is lovely where there are woods and the beach at the back of the grounds, which makes lovely walks. We stayed in the cottege, lovely cute place but the bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep and the hot water works...

We chose The Grove as it provided everything we required for a family gathering to celebrate a 60th, 65th birthday and a retirement all within a week plus offered accommodation for the family dog. The staff were amazing and the food exceptional - all as described in their literature and on-line descriptions. Us old folk had room 8 with a...

Had a lovely Afternoon Tea at The Grove this weekend. Very friendly staff, good atmosphere, choice of rooms to eat in and a very nice selection of sandwiches and cakes. Didn't think we'd manage to eat everything but we just about did! Extra coffee? Not a problem! Highly recommended!

We took over the whole hotel for 3 nights over the New Year for a family gathering and to celebrate my 65th birthday. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home and were instructed to treat the hotel like home. The rooms, the staff and the food were all excellent, nothing was too much trouble to...

Recently stayed 9 nights over the the Christmas period. On check-in the staff were warm and friendly, the unit was very clean and comfortable, extremely cosy. Well equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. There was even a Christmas Tree with lights in the lounge area, it certainly was a very nice touch, and really made it feel like Christmas...
