The Captain's House is a beautifully presented holiday home which easily accomodated our large group of 12, which included a 1 year old. The kitchen was a well equipped hub of the house with a lovely courtyard full of character. The location was ideal giving us easy access to the beach and the town with a good choice of resteraunts...

We stayed at The Captain's House for 3 nights and it was just perfect. The decor is immaculate and no expense has been spared when fitting out this B&B. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit, especially a breakfast outside under a clear blue sky overlooking the sea!. The breakfasts are delicious, the service and hospitality wonderful. We stayed here for my 50th birthday just for one night and it was a dream, the room was amazing i could lay in the bath and look out to sea, everything about the place was perfect, my husband had rang and ordered me a birthday cake which was made by the landlady and it was beautifull. We loved it. The room was beautiful, spacious and well decorated. Great sea-front location and views. Plesant and professional owners and staff. Excellent food. I have never stayed at a better B&B.

This B&B is an excellent choice for families. We stayed for two nights in the Loylies suite with our two year old son. The second bedroom and lounge meant that we could stay away somewhere without tiptoeing around when he went to bed. The owners were particulalry helpful with a highchair and books to keep him amused over breakfast. This...
