The rooms are old and should be updated, my room was very humid and required the air-condition to run for 2 days before the humidity was gone, the TV and furniture are from the eighties, The breakfast, restaurant and lounge were good with excellent staff.

Thank you for your kind words and business, I see that you have not stayed with us since September and I am happy to say a lot has changed since then. Please visit our website and see the newly renovated rooms in three different color schemes (gold, blue and indigo). The renovation is still ongoing but if you decide to stay with us again feel free to request a newly renovated room with large, flat screen TV's and digital thermostats along with a few other surprises. For the ultimate getaway book a deluxe room or suite which includes more space and seating as well as a microwave, refrigerator and robes. Is it safe and secure to park here and is there plenty parking available at the hotel?
Cant quarantee anything but we have not had a problem in last 8 years. Parking is reserved for registered guests and patrons of our 2 restaurants.

Question for the GM Scott McArthur, do you really think your pathetically condescending responses to any/all postings or reviews of bad experiences at the hotel have any chance in bringing business back or even attracting new guests? Although I'm sure you're already chomping at the bit to write one of what you would consider as a one-up, take that sort of response, but for your advice from a person who was seeking a hotel, consider this - Your responses to the negative reviews are what fuel mine and many other guests' decisions on whether to book with you or not. I've not stayed in Morristown before, but I will be in December. I will be booking at another hotel ONLY because of your smart mouth to people who are attempting to offer feedback for improvement for the hotel, not YOUR personal business. The sharp tongued feedback you're posting turns it into some sort of online D measuring where you're very unprofessional and hiding behind other positive instead of trying to become even better by learning from the bad ones. For me, you're either very green in the industry and haven't yet mastered the whole 'learn from it and get better' or you're well too seasoned and no longer care to put the work in to be better. Again, I don't care which one it is because I'm going to stay somewhere else to be certain I dont have to find out. Good luck to your staff and your future. Let's HOPE nobody else thinks like I do and that all of the good reviews continue to outweigh the bad ones. The public shaming of bad experience reviews seems to be working so far.
I can only go by my experience with the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating to our needs. We had one group that was there for no more than a couple of hours and a family tragedy occurred and they had to leave. They had at least two rooms and the hotel did not charge them at all. We had another person who had fainted and was sent to the emergency room at the hospital. Again the hotel did a great job handling this. my son's wedding that was there went off fantastic. The wedding and reception was both there and they did a great job. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience.
