Fantastic B&B near to Belfast International Airport and the city but still remote enough to experience a peaceful, calm and quiet stay. I especially loved the clean, airy rooms with really comfortable beds (nice, thick pillows), the delicious home-made breakfast to which you could have as much as you wanted, and the friendly and accomodating attitudes of the hosts. What more could you want? Thank you so much! We will definitely stay again 😊 💕 P.s. My young children were made to feel so welcome too and this made all the difference for me. Best wishes - hope to see you soon! Nora and Stacey ❤️ *Close to The Rabbit Hotel, The Dunadry hotel (wedding venues).

Upon arrival I was very stressed due to damaging the rental car I had only just collected! Travelling alone with 2 young children was already stressful enough! But Noel & Cathy had such a lovely ambience about them, calmed me and greeted me in such a lovely way. I was able to destress and enjoy my stay! I was recommended some places to eat and places to go. After a gorgeous walk around the local area we ordered a take out which we ate in the dining area. the breakfast…… WOOOOOOOWWW. They go above and beyond. Multi course home cooked breakfast was incredible! Set us up for the day. Home cooked pancakes and home cooked traditional breakfast. The variety is incredible! The rooms are very modern and spacious! Bed was very comfy and the design/layout was fab. I don’t usually visit the same place twice in an attempt to constantly try new things. But this one definitely has me thinking!!!! I’d come back for sure 🥰

Aww Ashley, thank you so very much for the fabulous review, it was a pleasure to host you and the girls...such a lovely family. We are delighted that you all enjoyed breakfast and the choice that we offer, all home cooked using the best of local ingredients where we can! I hope the car rental people were kind to you and that the additional insurance that you took out with them covered the damage to the car, we were just so relieved that none of you were hurt and could go on to enjoy your holiday. We look forward to welcoming you all back if you do come back to Northern Ireland. Kind regards, Noel and Cathy

We loved our stay at the Rocks. We were here with two teenage boys (12 and 14). We booked two rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Noel and Cathy the owners are very kind and have great ideas what to do in the area. So ask them first before going to giants causeway for example. They also share excellent suggestions for restaurants close by. The breakfast is amazing. All freshly cooked and also with vegan and gluten free options. We stayed for 2 nights, but here we could have stayed much longer.

Noel and Cathy give a most friendly welcome to their sparklingly clean house where a lot of thought has been given to ensure comfort of guests. Breakfast is a high point with guests being invited to specify exactly what they would like: the Ulster fry was a high point for me and the fresh fruit salad for my wife. Highly recommended.

Stayed in The Cabin for two nights. It was fantastic and the location was so tranquil. Our kids loved it too. Owners are just lovely and were so welcoming and very accommodating. There was cereal, bread, coffee etc left for us to use, which was a lovely touch. We have booked in again - can’t wait!

We booked a last minute booking for one night. Cathy & Noel could not have been more accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. The house is set in a beautiful tranquil location in Crumlin. They have a lovely home with excellent facilities. Very quiet & peaceful we had a great night’s sleep, the breakfast a great selection, well worth getting up for. I’m sure we’ll be be back. 😊

The hosts are a lovely couple, who are warm and welcoming. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The bedrooms were large and very clean and the en-suite facilities were modern and very well stocked with toiletries. The Ulster fry was excellent and there were numerous options for breakfast available. The 'Rocks' is only 6 miles from Belfast and Antrim and 3 miles from Belfast International Airport. The 'Rocks' is set in an idyllic position surrounded by fields, and farm livestock. I would highly recommend staying at the 'Rocks' to anyone visiting N Ireland. Be advised that I would suggest that you will need your own transport due to the rural nature of the property.

We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us Alan, it was a pleasure hosting you and your lovely family. Thank you so much for the wonderful review and I couldn't agree more that your own transport is recommended for a stay here. Taxis are available but can be an expensive option. That said, we've recently made contact with a local driver who is looking after our guests who prefer not to drive! We hope to welcome you all back again soon. Kind regards, Noel and Cathy
