Stayed here during bike week Aug. 2016, the view of Mt.Rushmore on a clear day is fantastic, but that's where ends. The room we stayed in was very small, the beds were past the expiration date to say the least, the decor of hotel and room is out of the 80's it needs a total update, housekeeping was not very...

Overall, my stay at this hotel will be a good story to tell in the future with lots of laughs. It did give us a place to stay but that is it. The hotel itself is old and needs to be updated. The lobby and hallways smelled like smoke, but our room was okay. Also, in the 3 days we...

We chose this hotel as they were pet friendly and the rates were reasonable. We decided to take a family trip somewhat last minute and with less than two weeks to plan hotels for a busy Labor Day weekend we took what we could and booked this hotel. The pet rooms are tiny double rooms, no room for a cot...

We stayed here for one night. We originally booked the non-smoking king, however after discovering the bed was from the 80's, we upgraded to a suite. The suite beds were much, much nicer. The carpet was stained in both rooms. The blankets were the same in both and resembled something that would be used in a foxhole during the war....

If you just want a place to sleep this place is reasonably priced and right on the edge of town. It looks dated, overlook hotel-ish, but for a night with two double beds it was adequate. Didn't use the pool or any other amenities if there were any, just slept.

Paid way to much for this room! The Twin bed was so squeaky, and sleeping along, it woke me every time I turned. The room was so small i felt like i was in a box. carpet was very questionable..For what we paid for this room there should have been a breakfast. the place looks very appealing on the outside so...

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were a little to small the beds were to close together. It was pretty clean, the family and I loved the pool area. The view from my room was great we could see one of the heads from Mt Rushmore. I will go back again.

Bugs in the bathroom, no working key for the door, we slept on top the comforter and used are own blankets. You would be better off soaking in your own vehicle if you couldn't find a room in Keystone.

We stayed one night, bad experience, they charge an extra 15 resort fee which they don't disclose, advertise HBO &ESPN which they don't have, our room overlooked the pool with the air conditioner sucking in chlorine fumes into the room so we couldn't use the air conditioner. Room was small, towels had rips, male staff was less than helpful. Free...
