I would honestly say this was one of the best guest houses my partner and I have stayed in and will be returning. It was home from home, from warm welcome, beautiful large room, stunning views to wake up to, loved the fact we had a comfy sofa in front of TV to relax in. Little touches made such a...

This is becoming an annual event, Sarah and Ian have created a lovely place to stay and to use as a base to explore beautiful Snowdonia. Being on the "right" side of Porthmadog, it is possible to make maximum use of the local bus services to connect with the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways, explore the area where teh trains...

Stayed for 3 nights with friends whilst doing a road trip around Wales -this was the cheapest place we stayed at and undoubtedly one of the best. Sarah welcomed us with delicious home-made shortbread (flapjack on the other days) -both rooms were spacious clean & well-appointed with modern bathrooms & decent toiletries. Both bedrooms had comfortable sofas & chairs to...

One of the best B and Bs we have ever stayed in. Lovely first floor room with comfy bed, sofas and spotless bathroom, great breakfast. Not the most impressive from the outside but inside great and recommended.

Lovely traditional breakfast that even our 2yr old loved. Superb attractions like Harlech, Porthmadog, Llanberis, Bala are fairly close. Sarah and Ian were kind and friendly and helped us with planning our day trips with good local knowledge.

We stayed just for one night on a Wales Coast to Coast cycling trip and have to say that it was a wonderful stay, shame we could only stay 1 night. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, there was secure storage for our bikes, very well decorated rooms (high Victorian ceilings),excellent modern bathrooms with very nice toiletries and excellent views...

Sarah and Ian were warm, very helpful and efficient. The facilities were spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. If you're visiting Portmeirion, the Llŷn or the slate mining corner of Snowdonia then this is an excellent place to stay.

My husband & I stayed here just before Christmas to do some coastal walking. Behind a modest road frontage lies a charming, spacious Victorian Villa, with views down across the town to the estuary & hills beyond. Our room was spacious & with an excellent en-suite. The comfort of guests had been considered carefully from the provision of home made...

Stayed here while doing some volunteering on the nearby railway. Great B&B with decent sized room. Owners were incredibly helpful and provided helpful advice on the local area. Breakfasts very nice too. Will hope to return in 2016 for another stay at this place

This is our second visit (again we were visiting Festival No 6). Wonderful guest house and so happy to return. Lovely room with spectacular views. Fantastic breakfast, and, best of all, the shortbread or flapjacks (home made of course). The hosts are exceptional and I am looking forward to visiting again!

Thank Therapydd
