I was here with friends and I was on the bottom bunk and the top bunk fell on me. The room also smelt of smoke everyday when we came back from skiing. The hotel is no where near the resort. The food is terrible. Never again am I going here. The only good thing was the view.

The Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is located a few hundred metres from the centre of the ski resort down/up quite a large hill. Not really suitable for people with walking difficulties, but there is a mini bus which runs every 20 minutes into the centre right from outside the Hotel. The Hotel is like...

To start we were three and they gave us a two bed room. This was corrected but the next room smelt so bad like somebody had died. Try to change hotel but busy weekend and no success. The food was so bad and although it was paid for we were obliged to eat at a restaurant in the town centre....

It's not very modern but it has a good position, it's warm and clean and the staff were welcoming. We had a balcony with a lovely view of the resort centre and night skiing slopes. It was good value for the money and was just what we needed

Only a 3-5 minute walk to the gondolas and the main centre area with all restaurants and bars. It is dated but it's very cosy, the staff are lovely and for price I would stay again 100%. It was a 1/3 of the price of other hotels and I would recommend. Breakfast is ample, nice enough for a day on...

However the staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms clean and warm. nice beds and not a bad location! I would say the breakfast could have been a little better but thats normal for Spanish hotels. The...

For a low budged trip this is a good place, but the building, interior and facilities are poor and old fashioned. The staff was friendly, but the food and beverage was poor and under average. The location is perfect, between the mountains and ski pistes and sufficient for us, as a restingplace for our Trans Sierra Nevada biking adventure trip...

Chose this hotel because its half board regime provided the best value for money for a 4 day ski trip to Sierra Nevada. At a first impression it seemed cosy and the staff was quite pleasant. The room was quite basic, the furnishings were dated and the beds weren't that confortable, but it was clean and spacious. Dinner was served...

The hotel was a short walk to the Ski slopes, restaurants and Shops. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very nice. The accomodation was comfortable, warm and quiet.

“Don't expect a great breakfast, be ready to walk a little bit if you are sking as the lifts are a short walk away. Nice to be in resort though and the little conservatory is great for a warm coffee or a cold beer!”
