I stayed for 2 nights at the Devereaux Shields House. It' was a "girl's trip", there were 3 of us and we stayed in the Gallery Suite. It's 2 rooms and one bathroom with access to the balcony. Large bedroom with a king bed, decent sized bedroom with a full. Beautiful period furnishings, comfortable beds, very clean rooms and bathroom....

Booked Deveraux Shields for just one night but we wouldn't mind staying here forever. Beautiful rooms decorated in the antebellum style with often original furniture. Sitting on the beautiful porch, I guess there is little to wish for. We felt very welcome and Eleonore's breakfast is memorable. We were staying in Aunt Clara's cottage wich was a bit further down...

This was a great experience for us. The home was beautiful, clean and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and all needs we're met. Truly charming! The owners made us feel right at home and we had freedom to come and go as we pleased. There was a bar on the main floor that was available for guests.

The Devereaux Shields B and B is the most beautiful, quaint little place! This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and I think we'll never turn back! The breakfast was great and Ron and Eleanor made us feel right at home. This experience was well worth the money and Natchez offered a lovely, relaxing historical experience! Thank...

Service was courteous. Ron is friendly and knowledgeable about the goings on in Natchez, recommended some excellent places to eat. Facilities are clean and comfortable. We had more room than we needed. Breakfast each morning was good, and the grounds were peaceful. I would stay here again.

Aunt Clara's Cottage is a great place to spend some time. Accommodations and attention to detail are well thought out. From the bath towels to the sheets to an awesome breakfast! Ron and Eleanor are excellent hosts. Highly recommend this house for your stay.

We stayed in the gallery room Memorial Day weekend. The room (actually a 2 room suite) was very spacious and comfortable. Beautifully decorated historic houe. Private front balcony was nice place to read or have coffee. The backyard is well landscaped and had several fountains, seating areas and was really inviting. Breakfasts were great--one day eggs benedict casserole and the...

This is by far the best b&b we have ever stayed in. We had the Elmo room in Aunt Clara's cottage and it was huge. The bed was amazing and everything was so clean. The breakfasts were fantastic but most of all the owners Ron and Eleanor go out of their way to make your visit perfect. They know all...

The accommodations were entirely in keeping with the expectations that one would have for a first-class B&B. Our room in Aunt Clara's cottage was spacious and very nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and congenial and the breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately, we were able to stay only one night. In particular, we very much appreciated the attention that was...
