Martha was a lovely host and showed us to our room on arrival - we had the room with the cream and green tiles which was lovely. Unlike many casas, there was no option for an evening meal but there are plenty of great restaurants in Cienfuegos (I recommend Las Mamparas for veggies and non veggies alike) so this wasn't... We stayed 2 nights at this lovely place. The room and bathroom were very spacious and totally clean. We had directly from our room access to the terrace that was equipped with a rocking chair and a hammock to relax. Also very nice and perfectly to hang out was the patio in the casa with several rocking chairs. Breakfast was... More

We really enjoyed our stay in Cienfuegos in the colonial building of Martha. The room (as well as the bathroom) was spacious and the building was situated well in order to explore the city. The breakfast and hospitality were great.

This casa is very well situated, within walking distance of the bus station and the centre town. The street is a hive of local activity, including the fabulous sound of the clip clop of horse carts passing by. Hop in one and they'll take you to your destination. Martha is a delightful and charming host. If you speak just a... More

Out of all the casas I stayed at during my 10 day Cuba trip, this was the most elegant and beautiful. Huge bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable, plenty of hot water, hard mattress, and great common areas. A most delicious breakfast. Marta was a very gracious hostess. You will be happy staying here.

The whole house is lovely and has a nice colonial feel. The bathroom in our room was gorgeous. There was an issue with the water and Martha had it fixed right away - you can tell she takes good care of her house. The house is also a short walk away from the city centre and the bus station. The... More

Martha is very helpful and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk from the main square and the house is a very pretty colonial casa with a cute indoor courtyard. The bathroom was fantastic, spacious and spotless, quite difficult to find in Cuba. The room was... More

We spent a night in Cienfuegos, and this turned out to be a good choice of Casa Particular. The house is no more than an easy 10-minute walk from the central square, and is on a relatively quiet street with more horse-drawn carts than cars. The house was built a century ago, and has high-ceilinged rooms set around a leafy... More

It's a very charming house both externally and internally. Our room had two columns maintaining its old style. We spend only 1 night, but we strongly recommend it. Less than 5 minutes walk to Paseo. The owner was very kindly and always smiling.

Beautiful old colonial house in Cienfuegos. Very nice rooms and huge bathroom! Great breakfast and the host, Martha, was very friendly. Definitely a casa I would go back to when returning to Cienfuegos. It's the perfect place to get to know the city, since it's located in the center!
