We had a great time staying here, thank you for a wonderful time :) Nice room with aircon and fan. The terrace is gorgeous, we were given a lovely welcome ice cream on the terrace when we arrived, and had a very generous and delicious breakfast on the terrace each morning. The staff were so friendly, we would love to...

This was the best casa we visited during our time in Cuba. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. However, it was the staff that really made the stay. They were so helpful and friendly even giving us ice cream when we arrived. The breakfast was great and they were patient with my basic level of Spanish. I would...

Was referred to this casa after our original casa double booked us. What luck! The room was wonderful, the staff friendly and the breakfasts and dinners were great. The location was also convenient. The owner was also friendly and efficient in organising transfers. Recommended.

This is a wonderful casa for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with top-notch service from the owner Eliza and her attentive staff. You can get three meals a day here, cooked on-site from her mother. I challenge anyone to find such good cooking anywhere in town and at economical prices as well. It is only a few...

We spent one night in Hostal Eliza y Miguel Angel. Our room was very clean. Elisa and her husband are nice people. The casa is well localized, not far from the city center and from viazul bus station.

We are a couple who changed their plans spontaneously and ended up in Cienfuegos. Before our trip we have contacted the cousin of Eliza and after changing the plans we contacted her again. She said that we can come without problem. So at the end we arrived in Cienfuegos and got a really nice room in this casa. Everyone was...

Very nice casa, lovely decorated, two minutes to center of Cienfuegos. Rooms are comfortable, clean and with air condition. Staff and owners are very nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are served on terrace, which has a beautiful view on the street and city. Food is very good, tasty and fresh, especially breakfast, which is we think one of the...

Located 400m from the town centre, quiet and well equipped. Eliza, Claris and all are very friendly... serve you a very big breakfast and even bigger dinner if you go for it. The terrace and breakfast/dining area are very pleasant. Another Casa I would go back to again in interesting Cienfuegos.

After spending three nights here it felt as though we were leaving family. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and good-natured. There are two rooms on the primary floor and a third up in the "crows nest." My wife and I slept in one room and our two teenagers slept in another. Travel writer Finn Olaf-Jones happened to be...
