We celebrated our anniversary, and my birthday while in Maui. This resort is a 10.. There was absolutely no issues with our room, the views were stunning. Nothing like Maui sun rises or sun sets to relax you. The turn down service, house keeping staff...More
I'm not really sure why I was skeptical of staying at Kea Lani. I trust the friend who strongly recommended it. It might have been because I stayed at the Four Seasons on the last vacation to Maui. The Kea Lani may be my new...More

This resort is so beautiful! From Check in to check out everything was wonderful. The room service food was outstanding! Housekeeping was spot on everyday. It is close to shopping and the spa was incredible. Highly recommend.
The Fairmont is located in the beautiful Wailea area next to many of the other south shore resorts including the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea (I would recommend checking this out during your stay as well). There is actually a path you can take...More

I would try to do the road to Hana ( leave by 7 we took the back road back and it was fine. Actually beautiful scenery) and some kind of boat trip ( catamaran ride or snorkeling). Looks like you are from SC tho so if you’ve done alot of ocean things , Haleakala was a nice day. We drove up then hit the ocean vodka and haillmale distributers and ended up at Mamas for dinner. Location was beautiful but food was average and I was up sick the rest of the night. I’ve heard mixed reviews. The food at the hotel restaurant Kai I thought was much better. Several restaurants in walking / driving distance. The hotel shuttle takes you to many of them.
