This place is set about a ten minute walk outside of the main street in town. The whole property is gorgeous; you really are right in the jungle. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and they had the first really hot shower we had found in Ecuador! We paid $25 a night and felt like we were balling out on...

Lovely and friendly, luxury-on-a-budget kind of place! Beautiful gardens and landscaping, great pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and ping pong tables, bar and restaurant, and easy walk into town. I felt surrounded by beauty and nature. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Shared private rooms are very affordable (works out to $12.50/person). They didn't mind us enjoying the pool...

More like a military barracks! You have to sleep at 11 p.m. because all services will be cut off! In the rooms wifi signal is very weak , although some nights off the Internet! Due to low number of staff, in the morning you have to wait an hour to reach you breakfast! In total on weekends and holidays it...

The Cabanas are lovely and have many options for different budgets - including CAMPING! The caretakers and hostess are fun and helpful and they know how to create comfort! The stay led to great adventures and a relaxing place to retire to.

As the title suggests I camped. But I also checked out the Cabanas, and they were beautiful. Even though I was only camping I had full use of the swimming pool and hot tub, I felt rather posh of an evening. Lying in the hot tub watching hummingbirds zip around was an absolute delight. The boys that ran the place...

Had a great experience in the hotel, its surrounded by green cloud forest and birds that wake you up in the morning. Cecilia Cardenas is the clue person there friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are great and clean, the price includes the use of swimming pool and yacuzzi. I strongly recommend it, and will go back.

We have been here for one night but you can easily spend more time here. Ten minutes walk from the village, these cabañas are situated in a very quiet and natural part of Mindo and half way up to ziplining, birdwatching and waterfalls. The only noices come from the nearby small river and the crickets behind the huts. The family...

We spent 3 days, 2 nights here and had a great time. You sleep in a fairly simple cottage amidst a wonderfull and well maintained garden with hammocks strategically located around the premises. This place is run by a nice and amazingly friendly family who spend the day working around the houses, garden, pool and helping the guests when necessary....

We stayed here for a few nights at the beginning of March and returned with my mum later the next week because it is just the best place we have stayed in our travels. First of all, Leo the guy who runs the place and his family are just the nicest people you will ever meet! They were so helpful!...

I have stayed here twice now since living in Ecuador and it is my must-stay location in Mindo. The couple who manages the place is super nice and friendly, laid-back but helpful. The grounds have a resort feel to it. Only a ten minute walk from the bus terminal, it is close enough to town but far enough that you...
