The stunning stone buildings at historic Olivers began as a general store supplying prospectors during the gold mining boom in the 1860s. However the buildings have been gracefully refurbished and landscaped to provide guests with a boutique hotel accommodation in Central Otago. Breakfast is served in a 115 year old dining room where the aroma of newly baked bread and freshly brewed coffee welcomes you.

Stayed just one night as we were passing through, but Andrea and David certainly have a nice little business here. We had the "smokehouse" room which was really lovely, albeit a little exposed to the main courtyard. Very clean and comfortable with great breakfast.

An oasis in the middle of Clyde. Best way to celebrate end of OTR - and a top restaurant attached as well as an al fresco cafe next door. Quiet, hidden garden, immaculate and imaginative rooms. Best eggs ever for breakfast! Helpful and hospitable hosts, Andy and David. Many
