Stayed for 1 night as we were going to a relatives birthday party. The staff were very friendly and helpful both at check-in and in the restaurant at breakfast time.
The room was standard with a large bed and was very clean. Overall a very pleasant stay and would go back.

First class staff, in hotel and restaurant, cannot fault them or the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was perfect for our needs and the car park felt a secure place to leave our vehicle. Unfortunately due to the ventilation/ air conditioning not working within the room it was almost impossible to get any sleep or spend any relaxation time within our hotel room. Unless this problem is fixed I would not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel. The room felt extremely uncomfortable and after showering almost unbearable. Thank goodness that we had some great company and all other aspects of the hotel were ok. If it wasn't for the fact that other friends (4 rooms in total) were also staying at this hotel I would have tried to move and go somewhere else.

We can always rely on Premier Inn to give a decent standard of stay at a good price.

This hotel was a real bargain stay for a Friday night business do. Usual spacious room, large bed, extra pillows, everything spotlessly clean.

Shower/bath switch arrangement not great and not a power shower, but water hot and it did have a little pump behind it.

ONLY downside was the very noisy fan in the bathroom. Great plus was the room was pitch black with the curtains drawn and silent with the bathroom fan off. Basic toilettries from wall pumps.

Tea/coffee facilities in room. VERY helpful receptionist got a taxi to us in 15 mins where everyone we tried said either not available or at least an hour.

Breakfast in the Brewers Fayre with lovely polite staff, all running like clockwork. TOP TIP we deliberately booked the last available slot at 10.30am so we could have a lie in - this meant fruit juices were low as was much of the hot food and no sausages at all. Plenty to fill us, mind you, but if you want the full range get in early.

Accomodation was excellent, although duvet was a little warm, otherwise very clean and with everything I could need. Food is not great. I had a continental breakfast as I don't really eat much first thing; the fresh fruit was under ripe and granola was rock hard. I only really wanted a cup of tea and a bowl of cereal with fruit - shame this isn't an option.
Had the Vegan Fake and Ale pie - this was soggy, tasteless and generally horrible. The rest of the menu looked really nice!

I stayed here whilst in a business trip, arrived at 2110, the adjoining Brewers Fayre stopped serving food at 2100. The man on reception went round to the restaurant manager and managed to arrange food for me, which I was really grateful for.
The room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed a good night sleep.
A nice well maintained budget hotel.

Stayed here as an overnight stop whilst heading down south from Scotland to visit family. Upon arrival, staff very welcoming
And informative. Colouring packs with small bottles of water and sweets given to the children was a lovely welcoming treat.

Our room was very clean and well presented. We’ve stayed in many premiere inns so we have come to expect this standard when we stay.

The only reason I have given 3 stars was around 7.20 in the morning the fire alarm was raised. We had to quickly evacuate the building. We had no instruction from staff and no formal registration was done for any safety checks. With two small children and it was in the minuses weather wise we were offered no emergency blankets. Around 20 minutes later a member of staff came out and said it was a false alarm so all safe to go back in doors.

Upon check out a staff member stated it happened due to steam from someone’s shower. If that the case then I’m surprised the fire alarm doesn’t Go off constantly.

An easy check in process with a friendly member of staff is always a great way to start a stay. This hotel was exactly that.
There is a tablet device in the reception to input your car registration to validate your free parking (this stops the nearby factory workers filling it up).
The room was spacious and didn’t feel crowded even as a family room with 4 people in.
The room was clean and felt modern.

The only minor point I’d remark about the room is that the 2nd single bed is an uncomfortable fold out bed, with an uncomfortable mattress. Luckily as a child was in this bed they weren’t bothered. I wish they’d use either a proper single bed or at least a proper mattress for the extra bed.

The room temperature was comfortable but as I envisage the room being hot in summer as there isn’t any air conditioning.

We went for breakfast in the morning and was disappointed to find out that this restaurant no longer does a buffet breakfast. The food is still unlimited but you have to catch the only staff member taking orders and then wait for the food coming out. Part of the experience is the buffet breakfast.

The hotel and pub staff were amazing. I was staying by myself for work, which was a little daunting, but they all made me feel welcome and chatted. The room itself was comfy, clean and had everything needed. I would definitely come back again, it's been great value for money - the being attached to the Brewers Fayre the food is amazing too, they happily catered for my dietary requirements, and made sure everything was Gluten Free

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights recently. The lady on reception was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was up to the usual high level of comfort. Would definitely stay here again. Our room overlooked the food manufacturing site and there were lorries in and out but it didn't seem very noisy, we certainly weren't kept awake.

We have stayed here a few times for family visits and never had a bad stay.
This is a typical Premier Inn hotel so you know exactly what to expect.
You’re greeted on reception and they take guest details and if you haven’t pre booked meals/breakfast then you can do here. Also you can book a time to go to the restaurant.
IMPORTANT There is a tablet device within reception to input your car registration details (if you have parked in their car park). Parking is free but is controlled by ANPR cameras so has time limits (to stop the local factory workers filling the car park). Once you put your registration in, you select the number of nights and then you’re sorted, you can come and go as you feel and don’t have to worry about the car park.

The hotel isn’t a high rise building, it only has ground floor and 1st floor.
The beds are comfortable, although in a family room the fold out bed is only really suitable for a small child as is only a thin mattress.

There is a double bed and a single bed within the room, a tv, kettle with tea/coffee facilities.
A bathroom with wc, sink, large mirror, bath and shower. There is shampoo/body wash provided in a wall mounted dispenser.

There is an adjoining pub/restaurant where you can enjoy your food and drinks.
Meal deals are available when booking at reception and also as it’s a Brewers Fayre chain various discounts are available via their website or such as BLC.

Breakfast is available and is the usual buffet all you can eat style
