Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Katie and Erica at the front desk. They bent over backwards to help with a problem today. I could not have asked for better service. They were so happy and willing to help and went out of their way. Marriott Corp should be very honored to have them representing their brand.

I love this place... I travel to Salt Lake City a few times a year and this is the only place I'll stay. Staff treat you like a friend, house keepers are so sweet, and the breakfast is filling. My one concern was noise, due to being so close to downtown but I heard nothing. Parking is free compaired to...

I have stayed here 3 times now. I stay for 2 week periods, therefore the kitchenette, breakfast and gym are very important to me. The whole team is fastidious. They are always warm, helpful and genuinely friendly. Upon my check in this time, Erica helped me. All I can say is: she was excellent, again, across the board. I recommend...

I have stayed twice at this hotel (1st and 3rd floors). Both rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. - Breakfast is free (Eggs, Waffle Maker, Yogurt, Fruits, etc.) - Staff has always been friendly and helpful about restaurants and places in the area. - Hotel very close to area restaurants. You can get a 10% discount at the front desk...

We chose to try the Residence Inn this year as we liked the convenience of two bedrooms and a kitchen as well as a ski bus for Alta and Snowbird leaving one block south of the hotel (in front of the Hampton Inn). Luckily, our room was located in the stand-alone building 2, which faces away from the main street...

Thank you for your response and for highlighting the added benefits we can offer for our ski travelers such as underground parking, free breakfast, & a spacious suite with full kitchen. We do pride ourselves on providing Marriott caliber service and cleanliness and so it sounds like we need to investigate the oven in your room. Thank you for bringing...

Our stay at the Residence Inn was terrible. My pain medication was stolen by the cleaning lady not once but TWICE!!! We reported it to the front desk and was told they would get back to us. A week later and still no responce. My nephew asked the front desk about the incident and explained to the gentleman what had...

First, let me sincerely apologize for the unacceptable circumstances you encountered during your stay. It sounds like our front desk did a poor job of informing you of the steps that were being taken and clearly we did not react quick enough to resolve the issue when it was first brought to our attention. I can assure you that we...

This hotel is in a perfect location in downtown Salt Lake City. It is within a block or two of numerous good restaurants. Our one bedroom was well set up. It was odd that our "full kitchen" did not have an oven but once we realized this we worked around it. The heater was extremely loud and would wake us...

Thank you, we appreciate you taking time to inform our fellow travelers of our great location in Downtown Salt Lake City, we are surprised to hear about the noise problem with your heater; our building is unique as it was first built as an apartment complex so each room has its own independent furnace and A/C. These smaller units are...

Every Residence Inn I've stayed at in the past has been great so I booked this one with confidence - a two-bedroom suite for our special trip to Salt Lake City with our daughter and her new husband. The lobby is beautiful; you'll love it! When we walked into the room I was very surprised at how...what's a good word...sparse...

Thank you for taking the time to bring these items to our attention, our hotel is the final stages of a grand scale remodel; all of our suites have received new and updated furniture over the last few months along with new artwork and Marriott's latest bedding package. We are unique in our design as this building was first an...

Pros: the hotel itself is in a great location near restaurants and the temple, plus there is free parking. Cons: small gym PLUS the room was dirty! There were stains on the walls, sheets, etc. In fairness, I only stayed one night so just dealt with it and didn't ask to be changed to another room.

I enjoy the Residence Inn usually because of the multi-room options and that works for our family of 6. Room this time was the 2 bedroom/2 queen/2 bath set up in building # 2. Worked well for space and even had an in-room clothes washer/dryer. Room was clean except for a random toenail found in the living room. That kinda...

Thank you for taking time to help inform other travelers of the great amenities included with our unique hotel. Our building was first built as an apartment complex so the suites are very spacious and include amenities that are above and beyond any other hotel in downtown SLC.
